Panorama Mountain Resort - Ski Tip / Tamarack Condos

Beautiful location. Pools were great, staff was pleasant.

Room was disappointing. Carpet was stained, old coffee was in the coffee maker.There was no a/c. (probably in fine print - we missed) The ceiling fan was so disgustingly dirty, that we had to clean it before trying to turn it on. Then, it didn't work.

Location was perfect for ski in ski out!! Close proximity to everything we needed access to.

Loved the location and everything the resort had to offer including restaurants, bars, pools, and activities.

The main cold pool and slides were closed all weekend, which make the amount of money we paid to stay here seem unreasonable.

Location was great! Underground parking was great. Panorama should consider electric vehicle charging stations in the parkade. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Access to stairs to get to my room would have been great as well as I didn't want to always take/wait for the elevator. The price was a bit ridiculous but I guess it is par for the course. Good activities for kids good pool good biking.

Beds were terrible . No air conditioning. Only one guys at reception. Only 1 restaurant open at the location not even on couple of the days.

The location is amazing and the front desk staff very professional and efficient

There was a very loud party and people running up in the hallway We were not able to reach security at their off hours number. We alerted the front desk about this and assured that security would patrol the area closely and the loud party happened again the next night. We were given a $40 voucher but would rather have slept.No air conditioning, uncomfortably hot in the suite.

It is beautiful out there and the trails were great. The staff were good to help us move rooms as ours had a wasp nest and we couldnt use the patio in the heat. Staff were very friendly and lots of activities for the kiddo. Rooms were clean.

Its been covid so saying everything with that in mind but only one restaurant to eat at wasnt the best. No A/C in the rooms was very difficult in the heat. The rooms are quite run down and bathrooms definitely could use some Renos. The wi-fi was generally unusable for most of the trip. The pool is crumbing and needs repair as does the rock surrounding it.

I like how they managed their recreation esp pool policy.We can enjoy and same time safe.

Panorama is a beautiful setting! The pools were lifesaving in 35C-39C! The gondola to go from upper to lower village and the trails were fabulous. The condo was ok(nothing fancy)but a panorama is a great place for a getaway Loved watching all the people going up on the lifts with their bikes!

$30 upgrade charge per night, No AC-only fans(but its not normal to be 35-39C. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and could use replacing. The furniture on the balcony was cheap plastic chairs and uncomfortable. this is my 3rd time over the years and 2nd in the summer. Last time there were activities like kids programs and activities out of the activity centre which is now closed. Property is looking a bit worn and tired in spots especially compared to 10 years ago. Not sure what effect Covid had.

The resort it self and the amenities were excellent, not everything was open due to covid. The restaurants that were open were nice and very tasty. The trails and pools were excellent. The extra family activities were great.

expect to spend a lot of money on the extras. The bed and pullout bed were not that comfy and didn't come with proper sheets and there is absolutely no air conditioning.
