Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge

It was close to a lift, it was a good size and appeared recently upgraded with carpet and paint. I would stay in this suite again

Had a two bedroom townhouse. It was outstanding. Clean, modern nicely appointed and well stocked with dishes towels extra sheets blankets. Upscale facility. Great restaurants. Would definitely return.

BBQ was very nice surprise, rooms/beds were comfy. Everything was good.

Location was great.

Kids was so disappointed as gondola was not working. Booking.com didn’t specify it when we booked.

It was cozy, staff were friendly. Was disappointing that the water slides and stuff weren’t open. When we booked we called and asked about the pools and slides and were informed it was all good and open to get there and be disappointed was disheartening as the kids were looking forward to the slides.

We unfolded the pull out couch and there was pop corn in the fold of the pull out bed. Little gross but we cleaned it up.

Location was good, across the store. Close to the gondola. Really nice view.

Check in at 5 pm as a bit late. And check out at 10am too early. That is like loosing almost one day.On the day of check out, if we could still use the pools for the few hours before going back home would be great.Please think about it. You get the time to clean the rooms before next guests and we have few more hours to enjoy the mountains before 3 hour drive home.

Clean. New appliances. Open layout.

Steep stairs not ideal for small kids and elderly. Lack of ramps within the buildings (underground parking, street parking, outdoor pathways) for strollers and wagons/luggage to carry heavy items.

Location, cleanliness and the overall feel of the place. Serene, quiet and views everywhere

Nothing, but if I could suggest something, maybe the person on the front desk would give more insight about the place, like best restaurants, best path to take to go to the restaurants and pools. But they were still amazing nonetheless

The place was perfect. Super clean and lots of storage. I loved the pantry, the extra closet by the dining and the mechanical room had extra space to store our bags. The appliances were great and newer models and I loved that the air frier function was included as I left my portable one at home. We have been going to panorama 2 times out of the year and this was the best unit we ever booked.

I think the fact that the resort closed and it was a dead town and we had already booked time of work and paid the property.

Location

The thermostat in the living - dinning room area with the motion sensing function dropped the room temperature overnight too low ,that was very uncomfortable at the -20C outside temperatures.

The location was excellent, parking was good and the skiingbwas fantastic

The kitchen was well equipped. Plus, our unit was close enough to the transportation lift to make mountain access easy.

The lighting could be better, particularly in the living area, but overall was no big problem.

Being right not the ski hill and located close to where our friends were staying, beds and quilts were comfy too

Ski it Ski out was awesome

Floors were cold. Parking was confussing.

The unit (620) was close to the Toby Creek chair lift. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was spacious even for 4 people. Staff were responsive and dropped off extra blankets right away.

The units over the garage are very cold and drafty. The floor was freezing. It was also quite dark inside and the lightbulbs are all different temperatures ranging from blues to yellows. The heat was very very loud and was off and on all night so that if you were sleeping on the pull out couch it would wake you up repeatedly. The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. I wish we'd been offered a warm and bright upstairs room. I think we would have had a very different experience.

Very convenient location to ski in & out. Spacious Good appliances in kitchen

Close to gondola and chair lift - just a short walk down the road, and we skied all the way back. Conveniently located across from the general store and pizza place. Two single beds in one room and a queen in the other, two bathrooms and the living room had a pullout with bedding as well.

Cold air coming in from the main door which was poorly insulated, as was the entire wall on the outside of the building. But the heater was pretty effective so we were warm enough.

The Tobby lift is convenient.

The room was dirty and had rat poop and pee in the closet. The carpets are dirty. The kitchen table and chairs feel like they will fall apart when you touch them. The walls and railing have stains and feel grimy. The whole place just felt dirty All staff throughout the resort were grumpy and never smiled. The front desk didn’t even ask how our stay was. The front desk bathroom was even grimy with layers of dirty on the towel holder.

Very spacious and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen.

The entry way is very small for multiple people taking off their skiing equipment

Close to chair lift.

No propane for bbq and internet was spotty or not working.
