- The knob of the air conditioner was broken, and we froze all night, until we decided to turn the air conditioner off. I requested another room but I was told that all the rooms are the same and the temperature is regulated the same in the entire hotel.
- Front desk personnel very Rude. Not much to have dinner around the area. No airport shuttle and about a 18 minutes drive to the airport, with no traffic.

Our room 331 was on third floor.Had bugs/mosquitos.Could not sleep whole night.Informed front desk.No action taken as the Hotel was sold out,We had to stay for the first night but we checked out next day morning.Awaiting Refund,Disputed the charges .
Breakfast is ok
Room has air condition that don't work at all, after several attempt to get it fixed they just kept ignoring our request, we stayed there for 2 nights and it was very uncomfortable. They did not make any effort to get the problem solved. Bad experience.
