Nitchanan Villa

The place is super clean and cozy and hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming people. We enjoyed that hotel so much that booked it for +1 week

The staff are so helpful and friendly, we felt instantly welcome here :))

It’s a 20 min walk to the nearest shop. The walk is VERY pretty though & the hotel also offer a taxi service for a very reasonable price.

Loved the clean, new apartment. Everything was cleaned daily and the airco was nice to have.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal is it’s location next to a busy road. But even then it was really comfortable to hang out at the pool and I didn’t hear a thing from inside the room.

The stuff is amazing. Kind, friendly and doing a great job. They clean every single day and they clean amazingly! The hotel is super located. The kitchen has a blender. The rooms are big (in comparison to what u get for the same price nearby).

The noise is very normal when you want an accommodation, that is located close to everything. The cheaper rooms in the ground floor have a high humidity and ours had a weird smell. But the rooms in the upper floor are amazing (also almost no mosquitos because of the higher floor)

I'm trying to think of what went well and I cannot think of a single thing. The only thing that I can imagine is the location, it's near srithanu and xantiva which is a plus.

Noise: the room we stayed in was extremely poorly constructed you can hear literally everything.Smell: they use a deodorizer that smells like my grandma's closet, like mothballs. We eventually found it and sealed it away in plastic and removed it from the room. The room eventually after a few days improved in smell but it lingered.Ventilation: I have no idea why so few places in koh phangan have screens. It's not hot outside, so I would love to have open air open windows but nobody has screens.Owner: the owner is an aggro middle aged lady who is not reasonable and has no common sense and EQ very lowLight: room is very dark and the electric lights are that bright white color light type. If you opt to open the blinds, people walk around and stare inside your room every time they pass by.

Great place to stay best part was the lady on reception so helpful also the restaurant across the road called jj has the best English breakfast in Thailand

Nothing major

The property itself is lovely, in a nice quiet location but near enough to local cafes and restaurants that are only a few minutes walk. A huge benefit to us was the motorcycle hire they had on site, extremely convenient for a couple wanting to get around the island in a short amount of time. The staff were amazing, very polite and always had a smile on their face. The property cleaning standard was extremely high both inside and outside. The rooms are so spacious with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Would highly recommend!

Room looked really nice, you felt like you were staying in a nice place, nice towels, nice bed and bed sheets that smelled amazing and nice staff. Plenty of amenities too. You get really beautiful sunsets very close to the villa which I’d really recommend just head to the closest beach/ are with boats and it’s amazing

Location in quiet area, yet close to great cafes and restaurants. Great laundry service, fast, cheap and good quality. Kind staff, comfy bed, big full-size fridge and everything was super clean. Efficient a/c (and clean as well).

Could offer pickup from the pier, as taxis there are extremely annoying.

I loved everything about this hotel. My deluxe room was actually a small apartment. The owners are lovey, hard working people and they have the sweetest most beautiful cat.

The only two small issues have nothing to do with the property. Just that the pool is close to the road so you hear cars pass. And also that you need a moped or car on this side of the island or you will need to Tahoe taxis to anywhere other than the Hin Kong bars and restaurants.

We booked a Villa at Nitchanan for 6 nights as a family of three, travelling with our 2 year old. The room was very spacious and clean, we had no problem with ants either with there being a kitchen in the room. The location was fantastic, right on Hin King road which is close to popular restaurants such as L'alcove and Chana Masala and close to Sri Thanu for yoga etc. The place was quiet and perfect for us as it had a very comfortable king sized bed and a comfy mattress on the seating area which is where our daughter slept (surrounded by the table and extra cushions to assure she doesn't roll off). The owner and staff are all super lovely and accomidated us with extra towel, blanket and sheets for our daughter. There is a restaurant right across the road which also made it convenient for times we didn't feel like driving to eat.If you are a small family or a couple, I highly recommend the Villa rooms. We would have definitely stayed there for longer if there was availability. We requested the most romantic room which was at the back of the resort - this was a little more private.

They sprayed our room with a very strong air freshener and as we are quite sensitive tp synthetic fragrances it was personally little too strong for us. It would not stray us from booking again though.

Rarely does a property deserve a real 5 star review but this hotel was just exceptional in any way. The location may not be ideal for everyone but a scooter or a taxi can take you anywhere. I chose it bc of proximity to a Yoga retreat I was visiting.

No breakfast. But I became friend with the owner ☺️❤️. She was very friendly and helpful.

Nice location quiet and near to lots of lovely restaurants

One of the best places we have stayed. Lovely owners. Easy rental of scooters on site and provide a competitive taxi service. Cheaper and faster than the shuttle so pre-organise a pick-up if you can.The bungalow was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. The mattress is on the floor in the bungalows so if you have dodgy joints it might not suit. Not sure about other rooms. There are also steps down from the bed platform which are hazardous if you get up during the night.There is a little kitchen with the basics which we found handy.The bathroom is a little tired but does what it needs to and hey who spends their holidays in the bathroom ?.The pool is super clean and lovely to swim in.The beach opposite is not for swimming but pleasant for a walk when the tides out. We found lovely places to eat in the near vicinity as well as mini marts but will probably need a scooter. The roads are great on Koh Phangan and not too busy making it a great place to hire a scooter or car.Definitely recommend this accommodation.Thank you to our hosts.

We love this accommodation. This was our 3 time at nitchanan villa. The rooms are so big and spacious so it’s also good for a longer stay. We like that Bed and living room are separate, the privat kitchen and balcony. The kitchen has even a blender! You have everything you need. you are near good restaurants and cafes

Loved it here. My own little apartment with everything I needed. Everything was super clean, nice staff and everything worked. Hot shower, comfy bed and lovely big balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a lovely pool area. Very helpful staff and good value for money.

Far away from main attractions but fine if you hire a scooter. We didn't, so taxis cost us quite a lot of money
