The thermostat in room 106 didn’t work very well and took a while for AC to kick in. It can get pretty warm in the afternoon and AC would be nice to come back to I wish they were more handicap spaces in garage.
- AC does not work and was on and off even though I checked the setting throughout the day and especially at night. - Bedding sheets was dirty and smell like it has not been washed for a long time. - Sofa pillows has white stains all over

No! We wish the sun would have been out more during our stay, but that was certainly not the hotels issue!

Resort fee unexpected, and $15 / day parking unexpected AND needed to load an APP created account and load a credit card for $15 payment, or get the car towed. I don't like giving credit information on my phone and prefer a PayPal option.

Breakfast. Ease of entering and leaving. Staff very friendly and responsive.

Had an issue with the AC. Water dripped from an intake that onto the floor. We were told the hotel had no AC and later that they had converted back to was fixed properly.

Bed was not comfortable, I also paid for an ocean view room but received a pool view. Staff was rude not very helpful

We arrived at 8am and the front desk concierge was so welcome. She let us know that our room was actually ready and we were able to check in. We walked over to continental breakfast and enjoyed some coffee and waffles.

The location of the hotel and convenience of dinning options.

I did not get the room that was advertised. I was suppose to get a king bed and was given a room with 2 queens instead. The only reason I did not complain was my balcony was beach views instead of park views.

Staff upgraded my room to ocean view. Woman who helped me check in was both friendly, helpful and professional. Great facility. Will be back in May.

Little bit of a walk from parking lot to ocea view room if you have luggage.
