Best Western Andersen's Inn

Very clean and updated rooms.

Breakfast was not at the time told. Morning staff at counter was rude and lacked social skills.

The shower was amazing! Also they had a pet area in the courtyard that was grass and not just rocks and weeds. The room was large and extra seating was nice after a long day on the road.

I had to put slippers on because the carpet made my feet black.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke! Room 109. There was no coffee packs in the room! The maid opened the door at 8:45! Check out was 11:00!

The shower was excellent. Bed was good. Cable selection was good.

The staff were very quick and made it easy to check in.

The room smelled so strongly of dog urine. I appreciate the pet friendly room but it really needs to have the carpet replaced with wood or tile.

Right by the freeway, by the restaurant

It was 100d outside. AC didn?t work, phone didn?t work, they moved us,. Same thing! Broken AC, sweated all night.. miserable, phone didn?t work, old towels and sheets.. pitiful for the price.

The restaurants around it they were closer, you could walk to them or drive.

Breakfast bar is from 5 to 9 they closed it too early.

Nothing the toilet whistled all night

The person at the seat was rude she was not very happy she first we are booked and that was not true and gave me the worst room she had

We were given a room that did not have a functioning toilet. It flooded. Front desk knew this and still gave it to us. My wife is pregnant and has to use the restroom several times throughout the night. We had no toilet

The bed was comfy

The house keeping was knocking on the door like it was an emergency at 830 in the morning.

The free breakfast was amazing. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The grand kids loved making their own waffles. The pool was clean and the large grass area was perfect for a quick game of football. The staff was friendly, helpful and so very kind.

The shower in our room leaked but when I told the owner/ manager she explained that they were just starting a remodel of the rooms . That would explain the pallets of boxes in the parking lot. With that in mind I will stay there again.

The large room, and the large TV and the cleanliness of the room.

The bathtub needs to be replaced in the room. We stayed 139. It has a crack at the bottom of the tub.

Me and my boyfriend are having extreme back and neck pain after sleeping in their bed

The bed was so lumpy and clearly old my boyfriend and I are experiencing pretty bad neck and back pain ever since we stayed there several days ago, our sheets were also yellow

staff should have informed me that I could have driven to the backside of the hotel to park. I let him know my husband had issues walking and we had a long poorly lit walk to our room Housekeeping attempted to enter our room unannounced

Convenient, and clean. Great hot breakfast ! Great hotel for the price. This place is located at basically at truck stop. We stayed here as a stop over driving from Oregon to San Diego. It was perfect!

Comfy beds, large room, good breakfast, slider to patio, microwave.

Clean room, super nice staff, great breakfast, and the location was perfect! We stayed here on our way to so cal and ended up staying on our way back because we really liked this hotel!
