A guest smoked in a room causing the smoke alarm to sound off several times during the middle of the night. We didn’t get much rest.

My room was not clean up on Friday July 11th after I left at 12:15pm..I reported to the front desk staff when I came back in 11:25pm..bed was not made, bathroom was not clean, trash was not taken out..

Staff was nice! Room was clean. Safe neighborhood.

Nothing! Total disappointment! I had stayed at this hotel a year ago and it was in great shape. But now, housekeeping is horrendous. I took photos of the shower, talk about disgusting. And that was after we switched to another room.?

.?because the first room was in poor shape. Had it not been for the fact that we we?re running behind to get to a show downtown, we would have requested another room or canceled. We left by 7am the next morning just to get the hell out of that dump.

Room size was great

Wasn't overly clean, constant noise in the hall way at all hours of every night.

Great customer service; close to restaurants, etc.

My particular hotel had a mildew smell and had a slow water leak from toilet. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance. I came back to my room a few hours later and it was still leaking. Also, it appears that the floor wasn?t vacuumed.

The price, the cleanliness and location .

I had an issue with my toilet seat, nd maintenance took care of it while we were out visiting with family. I loved when we returned to our room that evening after the funeral, we had clean towels waiting!

Held me up at front desk for a 50 dollar deposit because THEIR systems were down.Then called me at 2am to come to front desk to submit my card. Yeah right.Sheets were not changed. I had to ask for new sheets and still was given the wrong size sheets. ¿¿¿¿

The staff was experiencing computer issues with my booking but they were excellent in making sure that I was calm happy and enjoyed myself

It would be nice if they had more vending machines

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful

No complaints at all

The customer service from the young ladies at the front counter  random  were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgeable of the hotel and amenities. They greeted everyone that entered.

The hotel didn¿t have much control over even though the manager on duty tried to do everything he could. There were several kids that kept playing in the lobby are. Even though management address the issue very very professionally.

The event I was attending was held here.

Breakfast isn¿t included, although the booking sites say free breakfast. My hotel room had fruit punch stains on the floor, and a broken shower door when I checked in. You can hear everything in the hallways and surrounding rooms.

The wait to check in was long because there was only one agent working. She was so busy she didn't have time to explain how to use the card on elevator, gate or the hotel amenities.

They had car break ins and when asked about security they were not honest about the gate not being operational and it was not fixed until our last night. Also they do not have free breakfast as advertised in your site

The size of the room, cleanliness, and safety.

They did not serve continental breakfast and the restaurant that was in the hotel breakfast was not the best.

Very nice location nice clean hotel hotel safe a lot of security I recommend this hotel
