Seagull Hotel

Great location right at the beach. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. I've been coming here for years now. And the staff is amazing. Even though I made a mistake by booking for a wrong date, they detected that before I even arrived and secured me a room within 30 minutes.This hotel has a certain old-world charm that is now missing from many of hotels.... Seagull hotel actually cares about their guests and tries very hard and succeeds at making things simple and enjoyable for the guest. CAM ON RAT NHIEU !!!

Large, comfortable room. Located on the beach, with restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away. Friendly, helpful staff.

The best thing about this hotel is that is it right on the beach, no need to cross any streets. Staff were friendly. Lots of vegetarian options. Great breakfast. Rooms were nice. Great value.

It’s a bit dated and could use some minor touch ups like slightly peeling edges of wall paper and polishing bathtub grout.

Amazing air conditioning. Good cable channels. Quiet sleeping. On the beach.

Exceptional service and very friendly customer service from doorman, janitor, receptionists that makes you feel at home. Especially, Mrs. Kiểu is very helpful and reliable to advise for staying, eating out and tour. Thanks all a lot

The customer service is exceptional especially Mrs. Kieu make customer like they staying at home and provided the best advices and travel tours. We definitely come back next time when visit Vietnam and Quý Nhơn

Nice hotel right on the sandy beach. Buffet breakfast was lots of variety of English & Vietnamese food. We had dinner here which as customised to our taste and the chef as so helpful and nice. Receptionist staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A good breakfast buffet, with various Asian and Western options. Great staff, great location, great view, everything great.The rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable.

The conveyor toaster in the breakfast area has been broken/malfunctioning for at least 2 months now.....I pointed this out to the staff repeatedly....... As of yesterday, no remedial action had been taken...... Power outlets in the room. They are hard to find and hard to reach.....plugging in the water kettle or the laptop charger demanded acrobatics from this 60 year old......Easy solution: The hotel should buy multi-outlet electrical cords and place the outlets on top of the work desk..... No more crawling under the desk for me ;-)

Clean, right on the beach, great staff, good breakfast, quiet except for the lovely sound of waves breaking.

it's a beautiful hotel......but it is in need of renovation...... the A/C control is so OLD, even people who don't need reading glasses have problems reading the temperature settingand for what you get ......it is TOO expensive ...

Having a 'LUXURY' room with a balcony, but WITHOUT chairs on the balcony just doesn't make sense to me

Excellent hotel, direct access to the beach, near many of the areas locals congregate.A lot of breakfast options in the buffet, both western and eastern.

The wifi was very finicky. Good speed, but drops the connection regularly, making using it for meetings almost impossible. The bed was a little too firm for my preference.

Nice rooms but not sure of the difference between delux and luxury. We had a Luxury room and recievied cakes in the afternoon may be that is the differenec

Shame that there was no furniture on the Balcony and you you had to walk thought underground garage full of staffmotor bikes to reach the pool area also the beach which once again had no furniture to use.

Great view from the room which was comfortable and fresh fruit provided each day was an added bonus. Staff were great to deal with and would book again if in Quy Nhon.

Truth be told, excellent location, good staff who, like all places visited, want to and need to have better English.Found the breakfast bar a little bland but enough fruit to satisfyHave to score down as no Spa/Massage and the beach chairs and umbrellas did not open and could do with replacing.Also went to rof bar twice, no staff!Apart from that all good as Quy Nhon is not yet geared for Western tourists with higher expectations.Nice touch were daily complimentary treats in room.

Location to the beach and restaurants

Food is average and expensive. It seems they are forgoing concentrating on guest services focussing more on conferences and weddings. Apparently the hotel is ear marked for demolition soon and the land being given back to the people. Travelling with a 1 and 4 year old I would have hoped the staff could have helped me a bit with the buffet breakfast as navigating this was difficult with kids. So too the many stairs around the building with a stroller. No help at any time with these either.
