Hotel Clipperton

Room was good size and bathroom too, good space for clothing. Bathroom was a good size and hot water was enjoyed. Breakfast experience was really enjoyable, the mature lady as a Hostess at the restaurant was really kind, attentive and accommodating.. Cute space for breakfast and the food was delicious.

The receptionists unfortunately didn't speak English. Hair on the linens and sheets when we entered the room, upon looking around the room. Based on the price of the room, expected the above to be different.

Very comfortable bed, really clean room. Quiet area for a good sleep.

This was one of the best hotels in Mexico that we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is very well maintained and the service is very nice. The area may seem strange but it is a safe location close to the sea. The car park is quite large (it is not huge, so I do not know if all cars will fit in during high season). The room was just brilliant - nice, bright, great facilities (including a coffee set and fridge). The bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. There was plenty of everything. The ladies who worked there were also very nice. No issues with WiFi

We slept from Saturday to Sunday and it was quite noisy, half the night you could hear the music from the club and the noise from the street.

the roof top and jacuzzi were amazing, the rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was really good and fulfilling

locations is ok, but some constructions are going on around the area... not a problem with noise, more about the appearance of the location

- The staff is fantastic, always ready to help and make your stay much better

- The process pre-arrival was not good. I was asked to pay for the room before my arrival even though it was not agreed so in the conditions- Breakfast service is pretty slow

The rooftop is amazing, good view and service

On the roof you needed to buy the things from the hotel, if you wanted things that they don't had you couldn't consume them

The first room I was offered had a bad smell, but I asked to change rooms and I was given a lovely bright room with dual aspect windows (including a sea view - just!) and it was really nice and comfortable. It’s quite a long walk from the old town /port ( just a short cab ride) but it’s got plenty of restaurants / shops nearby.

A coffee machine / kitchenette would have been nice - there was a storm while I was there and I didn’t really want to go out

I rented three bedrooms when we arrived the rooms weren't ready. They gave us the key and one of the rooms was dirty the other one had guests on it. Change us the rooms and floor and it was ok until we took the sheet out and an insect flea like jump on my son on the check out, I mentioned to the front desk and they said the wee need it to take a picture (who can react that fast?) My flight departure was early in the morning and when I woke up at 330 am there was no water AT ALL in my bedroom. I will not come back really disappointed.

Friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Great wifi. Not the perfect area but there are some nice restaurants a short walk away, and only a block from the malecon.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions of Veracruz, the breakfast was fine but could have been better.

Staff spoke English, which is seldom in other places. No one bothered me with needless "hospitality".

No hot water in the shower, although there was hot water in the sink faucet. Had to man up)
