Everything was fantastic

The apartments were very pleasant and staff including cleaning staff were really pleasant and helpfull. My apartment was well designed and sufficiently large for 2 people. Good quality furnishings. Quiet most times, but there is major construction digianaly accross the road but most of the work has been completed and what little noise there is ok. It is not a factor. The train station was for me a 12 minute walk and this walk was ok once I had figured the best walk route. The train station is under total re build (4 years plus ongoing) and the tradies have to re arrange access points nearly every day. The walk can by choice of route either by design or ignorance take you through an interrresting area which I wont elaborate on. I am a cautious person but I felt safe. Midland is semi industrial town and most visitors would have a reason for going there. I went there because of family in Woodbridge nearby. The very frequent (about every 25 minutes) train service to Perth Station does however make it an option for all. Trains are safe. Took me 8 minutes to walk to large Midland Gate shopping centre from apt. Has everything even banks.

Nothing really except Quest should offer continetal breakfast even if space dictates allocated times.

Our Quest Midland studio apartment was quiet, well presented and very comfortable. Having a kitchenette was useful and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There are eateries nearby, although large supermarkets are beyond walking distance, particularly at night. Limited free parking is offered at the location.

While the apartment was very clean, it is disappointing that greater attention is not given to the edge around the shower where there is evidence of a build-up of mould.

Perfect location for our needs. We needed a hotel close to the Red Hill area for an early morning trail running event, so this was just perfect, 15 mins drive. They also allowed late checkout which really was appreciated for a hot shower after wet cold run.

Loved everything, just need to add some herbal teas in room.

2 mobile single beds loosely pushed together was very uncomfortable

The use of a sandwich toaster would have been a fantastic discovery in the kitchen, however there wasnt one.The area is secure by keycard in lift which is great for security. The daily clening and replenishing of supplies like towels, tea and coffee were great, and we made use of the washer and dryer as you sweat profusely from the heat it was great to wash and dry our clothes.

Would have preferred a balcony in the pet friendly room, as my dog didn't have much room to lay down or play.

This location was excellent for our needs. We could walk wherever we needed to go. The complex was clean and well maintained.

Bright, spacious and great facilities.

Mattress and pillow were hard so not great for a middle aged sleeper.

Quest Midland exceeded my expectations - I found the the check in process to be easy and straightforward with welcoming front desk staff which I appreciated at check in after the long drive, I was also very impressed with how meticulously clean and well maintained the common areas like pool and laundry were - as was my room, which kept up with the hotels overall modern style, the room was very functional despite its slightly smaller size and still felt very comfortable and fresh.

The local area around the hotel felt a little dangerous at night.

We were there for my daughters wedding we were all booked on different floors so it was very annoying that we couldn’t move between floors without having to go to lobby first and have someone meet us to take us to a particular floor because the room keys only allowed ur room floor access! Very annoying and time wasting when timing was crucial

It was a very clean room. The space was divided up well and we loved that we could open the middle door to have a joined room. The hotel was central and there was plenty of parking available.

The only complaint was that the shower leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor which made the bath mat sopping wet each time we had a shower.

Our room had a major water leak. Room phone didn't work properly. When we were moved I had to make up my own bed. Room was smaller and the bar fridge smelt funny. Really dissapointed on last stay as most stays are very good.
