The pool and the beach
We stayed during record torrential rain and flooding. Elevators broke down for several hours. Staff stayed calm and helpful during the crisis. It would have been nice if hotel offer a credit in restaurant/bar for inconveniences.
The nicest staff and best customer service. Truly a nice group of people work here. The included breakfast was wonderful, and the morning staff was quite friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious!

The price was appropriate for what you¿re getting. Includes free parking and was very close to the beach (basically, you need to go across the street and a short walk right up to the Atlantic). The room includes a full kitchen and a balcony.

No one from housekeeping woke us up early on check out day. I'd stay there again just because of that. I hate when check out is at a certain time and they come banging on your door hours before check out. I also loved the smell of the lobby.

Decent location within the city.

Value, updated
Value; it?s a new(?) refurbished property. They?ve put money into all aspects. They carpeted stairwells?????? It has a far more decorative and spacious lobby than most hotels at this level.

Top Tips
- Book 3–6 months ahead for winter stays (December to February) to avoid 50–80% price surges, as summer rates (June to August) are 20–40% lower. Early booking in Collier County also means more choice of room types and requests like connecting rooms or ocean views, which fill quickly during peak periods.
- Factor in the 11–13% occupancy tax plus typical $15 to $30 USD nightly resort fees at many beachfront hotels, often adding 20–25% to your total bill. Compare what is included in these fees—like Wi-Fi or pool access—as value and inclusions differ between major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
- Choose hotels in Naples, where crime rates are 15–25% below the national average, to enjoy safer walks and easy access to local amenities. For added peace of mind, ask if the hotel provides 24/7 security or secure parking, which are common standards among large chains in the area.
- Prepare for hurricane season (June to November) by confirming hotel evacuation plans, as Collier County faces a 10–15% annual storm probability. Look for properties with generators for backup power, and review weather advisories before arrival—some major chains share storm updates via their app or text alerts.
- Request accessibility features when booking, as 70–80% of hotels in this retiree-dense area offer ADA-compliant rooms with step-free access. Specify your needs to confirm features like roll-in showers, visual alarms, or accessible shuttles, and inquire early during peak winter demand.
