Upon our arrival, there was a runny fecal dropping in the walkway in front, the attendant there was personable. Going to our room, there were many iguanas roaming on the property and climbing trees. They were the culprits for the droppings. Upon opening the rooms door, it smelled like mold. The attendant brought and left us a can spray to neutralize the odor. That night we all awoke in a pool of sweat, the air conditioner wall unit could not remove the humidity in the room. There was also a new hotel going up next to this location so the view from the bedroom window was a brick wall of cinder blocks and construction workers. The grass behind our room was spattered with empty plastic bottles and such from the workers next door or other guests. We had to leave our curtains closed or they could look right into our room. When we opened our door the next day to go out, there was a iguana dropping right in front of our door. The photos of this location looks really good but it does not show what is on either side. They only allow one car parking and no visitors allowed. There were only 3 rooms occupied during our stay. For the money, I should have stayed at the Hampton Inn up the street.

The room stunk, the AC unit had a bad condenser or capacitor, the iguana dropping around the property was not properly attended to, we were boxed in by a taller hotel with No View, and they had no one in the office overnight in case of an emergency.
