- Had left 2 remotes at the facility by TV. The person who first answered the phone when I called was abrupt and somewhat rude. I had asked if someone could go up and look and was given some excuse. Called back and asked for manager and she claimed no one put in lost and found and that someone was in room and they could not look. I find it hard to believe if roomed cleaned that the person cleaning didn't bring to lost and found as per manager they know only one remote per room and if in there they would bring to front desk. No one did which means someone kept. Wasn't happy about how was handled and that the staff was so non caring.
