Pros +
- It's in a sleepy little town about 20 minutes by train from Bern. Super nice looking hotel from the outside. About a 5-10 walk to the train station with a deli, coffee shop and grocery store in-between.
- Room had bavarian inn like charm.
Cons -
- I didn't see a front desk. So I guess you'd have to call if you need someone. They leave the keys in a code protected box so you can get them any time so I guess that's not really a big deal. I only saw the staff once in the hallway in the morning.
- We stayed 2 nights & never saw any staff. No chance to find out where to get a meal etc. No map on how to find the place.
- No A/C
