It was cheap.

Booked 2 rms and around midnight we self checked in. Only 1 rm#was provided when we entered the confirmation number. Called the number on booking, failed. Went into the first rm hoping to see instructions as to which rm is the 2nd rm, unfortunately none. We squeezed ourselves in since we were all tired. The next day Some staff implied we should’ve learned french. Because at reception there was like a note in french that says like for emergencies call that number. Yeah and we were stupid not to understand that since we dont know any french. They said they had two rms reserve and I was telling them only 1 rm was provided during check in blah blah blah. They it was not their fault. Like it’s our fault that they provided only 1 rm and there were no further instructions. Could’ve have just console us or something.

The location was great and after a bit of pleading they stored our bikes in an unused room in the main floor

Have travelled and stayed here now 3 times. The previous 2 years were very friendly. This time staff made us feel.like we were inconveniencing them, they left the reception before 7pm and the overall cleanliness was not to usual standard. There was a smell.of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Disappointed when in previous years staff have been so and always smelt fresh and clean amd superb value for money for an overnight stay enroute toAustria. This year I would think twice before returning.

Overall, it was a reasonably priced room that was not too bad

It would be better if the room didn't smell so much and if you could provide at least one towel.

Good price for offered value. Clean enough. Kind service. Overall I recommend it.

Toilet was out of hand sanitizer & had no towels or paper towels.

Extremely cheap and fine standard for a quick overnight to break up a long car journey through France.

There´s not much around, very quiet area (stills nice for me). I was in a bike trip so it was good for me, I could take the bike inside the room (top!), shared bathrooms were clean and quite confortable for the pourpouse of my stay.

Very simple breakfast, do not count on it if you want more than coffee and some biscuits/madeleines.

Stayed here because of a prior stay at a F1 hotel in Reims. Could not have been more different. I think this was left over from an old concentration camp. The building was simply derelict. OK, you say it’s cheap. Indeed it was but there’s a basic expectations. No shower, no bathroom. I had a jimmy riddle in the waste bin. If you are thinking about it don’t.

A local restaurant just around the corner.

Affordable and basic but functional. We just wanted to stop for a night in this region and for that it worked well.

Rooms are small and get very warm in the summer. Need to bring your own towel or be prepared to buy one.

A complete shambles.. I booked the hotel via Booking.com and told the hotel I would be there between 20.00 and 21.00 hours.. I arrived at 20.25 to be meet with a closed reception and informed by a note on the door to fill in the booking via the internet portal outside.. on doing so it refused my booking several times and it would not accept my credit cards all 4 of them.. dreadful service.. I tried to book a room via the portal and was informed the hotel was full.. so I was not able to stay at this dreadful place..???????

Budget hotel on way to holiday location, late arrival, early departure, we could park the car next to the hotel ( non guarded)Good enough!

Easy checking

The sheets were dirty and smelly. Could not sleep because cigarette smell. Very small rooms, smaller than they look actually. Reception tried to charge for baby although it says it is free for under 3 years old.They charge 3 euros for towels and toilets are shared on the floor.

It was cheap. Staff were helpful.

Getting bites all over. The mattress under the sheet was disgusting and I suspect the cause.

The owner was incredibly friendly, and the overall value was extremely good. Perfect place for us to stay in the outskirts of Strasbourg. The bed configuration was good.

The communal showers and toilets were not clean, or smelly.

I booked 2 rooms for my family but 1 room was completly dirty when we checked in, see the photo! When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned at all, the bed has been slept!!!!! and everyrhing was dirty!!!!There has been smoking in the rooms.That was the intention to be a good clean room for my children, but they got a big disapointing dirty room instead! And the shower in the halleay was also very dirty.When we informed the reception the next morning she was soooo rude and ignored us completly. Unbelievably rude!I was ashamed of her behavior in front of my children. I think I should have a refund of my money, because I paid for 2 rooms but used only one room with our own bedding and sleeping bag.I one word - a huge disappointment! Never go to this hotel!

Concierge watched me pay and then told me I couldn’t bring my bike inside.Insisted that I put my valuable £3000 bike on the tatty little bike stand in an unprotected car park.

Clean and comfy. Cheap and okish.

The room was very reasonably priced and the check in machine was self explanatory and easy to use
