breakfast choices of food is good.

Parking we have to pay . The water pressure when flushing the toilet is quite weak.

Very close proximity to Tsukuba Central especially considering going places via buses & trains..

Nothing much in particular.. A big signage visible enough at the 2nd Floor area showing that the Hotel Main Reception is at the Ground/1st Floor via the elevator would be very much helpful, especially for first timers..

We loved the proximity to our friends, transportation, restaurants and shopping.

We didn’t like how abandoned it felt: their pool facilities had been closed for years, it had no restaurant, the room was hot and outdated.

The location 2 min. walk to Taukuba central bus station which has a direct bus to Narita airport, and the train which we can use to travel to Tokyo.

The difficulty in the communication with staff due to the less possibility to speak English.

Too dim, too hot ( the heater is centralized and cannot be adjusted)- we ended up opening the window the entire night! Too expensive for what it's worth

Location onto the wonderful Tsukuba walking area was perfect for strolls to the parks, a huge selection of restaurants (we liked the very-traditional-Italian style Pizza place at the end of the park with the Space Museum, grocery just opposite, and immediate access to the train/bus stations (hence a direct bus to Narita Airport; or a fast train to Tokyo).The hotel has 3 restaurants (upscale Chinese, and 2 Japanese); but I only tried the Japanese one.We will stay here again next weekend before going to Narita; and then we'll try the breakfast. Bit pricey, but we'll see if the quality/selection justifies it.

All seemed fine; and the staff were eager to help with any problems.

We had a great experience with the staff. In particular Sakauka who went out of our way to make sure we were looked after and comfortable. She was definitely amazing at her job

The pool was not in service as it was out of season. Definitely coming back in summer

The hotel was a shot walking distance from the Tsukuba Express train station. We had a large comfortable room with twin single beds, a couch and desk. The room was very clean and functional. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Great location near the station. Room size is decent for Japan. And the TV is smart

Building is old but this doesn’t impact cleanliness

Very good location, 2-3 minutes walk to bus center, 5 minute to TX station. Close to shopping area. Quiet location.

Location and breakfast

Bathtub in the room is a risk to older guests. Should have some rooms with standing shower. Facilities are dated and tired looking.

Location was good as it was near to all the amenities. The parks were near to the hotel too, very convenient to take a stroll. The air con was very good as the weather was hot during our stay.

The security of the hotel was questionable. Anyone can take the lift and move up the rooms.

The location is perfect for using the train and bus station. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

I wish they would have provided coffee in the rooms in addition to green tea.

The reception staff were very accommodating, offering various recommendations with a cheerful demeanor. The location is excellent, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the beds are cozy.

The breakfast service at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff informed us at the table that they would start clearing the food at 9:15 AM by writing down the time on a piece of paper, and we were allowed to eat until 9:30 AM. However, we later found out that the hotel’s breakfast time was until 10:00 AM. Additionally, the staff did not replenish the food after 9:00 AM and were talking among themselves instead of attending to their duties, which was quite upsetting.

The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They were always smiling and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.The hotel itself was also very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was also very clean and modern.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast service.The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in helping guests. I had to wait several times for plates to be cleared and for food to be replenished, even though there were still have time left before breakfast service was due to end.Additionally, I felt that the staff was not particularly welcoming to foreign guests. They seemed to have a negative attitude towards me and other non-Japanese speakers. This was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.Overall, I would not recommend breakfast. The food is average, but the service is simply not good enough.I hope that the hotel will take these suggestions into consideration and make some changes to improve the breakfast service.

Quite cold during night time, single glass window isolation is uneffective.

Check in was easy, it was conveniently next to the train station. We took a paid shuttle from the airport which took about an hour.
