The room smells damp and the carpet is dirty and the room furniture is old.

Really happy with my stay here. The room was clean, and the staff was super nice and responsive. Check-in was quick and easy, which made things even better. The hotel is in a nice location, and the price is very reasonable for what you get.

The hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and fast at checking me in. The location is perfect, everything is nearby. For the price, you really can’t beat it. A great option for budget travelers!

Unlike the room, the staff were very friendly snd helpful.

Too many stain at the room carpet, bedsheet and comforter also got stain. Saw few small cockroaches happily dash across the room.

In the room there was frequent smoking in the past. According to this, the whole room stank and there were several burn holes on the floor. All my clothes including my backpack have been stinking for days and the smell is hard to get out. The sheets had several stains and were obviously unwashed. What these stains were, I do not even want to know. The same goes for the towels. Very dirty.The wallpaper was almost mouldering off the wall. The remote control for the air conditioner was sticky. The air conditioner barely worked. In the bathroom, water ran from a leaky pipe onto the floor and as if all that wasn't enough, the internet didn't work.

I liked the location everything is nearby even grand batam mall is a walking distance

The staff don't speak proper English The rooms does not look The same as the picture on booking.com there's alot of maintenance that needs to be done.The room was smelly and linen was not changed it looks like there's no housekeeping at all.

Location is good. should not be 4 star rating. maybe at best only 2 star rating.

Mold on the wall, noisy (right next to main road) and reckless advice from the supervisor there to walk to the Grand Batam Mall at night, that's not safe! Also no hot water in the shower, had to forfeit my money paid and move to another place.

Location was very good. 7-10min walk to Grand Batam Mall, A2 Food Court, 15min walk to Nagoya Food Court. Easy access to cheap eateries and old shops in the Penuin area. Mineral water is provided although you have to ask for it from the second night onwards.

The shower hot water was not warm enough. Smelly room, but staff came to spray and sanitise once we highlighted this.

Location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall and 4 mins walk to the biggest Chinese Temple in Batam. A lot of street food around the place such as durian stall, traditional Indo cuisine and hawker centers.Although not every staff can speak English, every one of them is very helpful and cooperative.

Facility is very old, WiFi is extremely poor, probably the worst one I have ever experienced in my life (I have travelled to 56 countries so far), so make sure you bought a local SIM card with plenty of data once you reach Batam ferry centers.

Location is really near to Grand Batam Mall and there are many food places around. Hotel Breakfast was a packet of delicious beehoon with 2 small pieces of fried chicken, collected from the counter at 7am in the morning to be eaten in own rooms.

walls are really thin, road gets noisy up to 2am. Nearby Mosque plays their prayers at 4am in the morning and it’s pretty loud. Not suitable for light sleepers or OCD tourists as Carpet feels pretty old and dirty. Towels are old as well. Bring along your own toiletries and towels if you wanna enjoy cheap accommodation.
