This place so good cause nearest restaurant n easy for find halal food...n then I can walking for go city mall...

Wifi not good cause some phone can't connect with the wifi n one more so many guys take money for parking motorcycle n It's not good...because passengers coming to Batam for holiday not for paying parking motorcycle...

Its location is near foodcourt and nagoya hill mall and ferry terminal.

The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, even though my room has no window the smoke seems to be coming from outside my door. the TV reception was poor quality too.

The front desk not helpful and unwilling to let us check in early despite we willing to pay for early check in. She stated that she needs to adhere to Booking.com timing. Both rooms booked have many roaches and dirty.. Telephone did not work. And no WiFi as promised in your apps.

As first time staying at Namii Hotel:1) air con is not strong cooler enough.2) Spotted some roaches or cockroaches in bathroom . 3) No toilet paper in bathroom.4) smelly room without air con when enter the room.5) no lifts

Super cheap. Worth for money since it’s a budget hotel. Cannot expect much.

No lift but expected. Air conditioner take longggg time to cold. Room smells like a damn cloth maybe because of the poor ventilation. Shower water pressure low.

Alot of eateries around, and the bed was comfy.

Loads of cockroaches, the shower water is not warm even after letting it run for a few minutes, also didn't provide toiletpaper, constant noise outside with people shouting in the street until 3am in the morning,....and again so many cockroaches

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM! There where so many cockroaches big ones and babies! Had to ask the receptionist for bug spray, felt uncomfortable the whole night as I kept seeing more

1. They are having cockroach party's. 2. They give me free traing to become their housekeeping staff by giving me pesticides and mothballs to use on cockroaches.

The hotel was full of cockroach, i ask to refund and was rejected,they offfer me two different room,both more cockroach, aftwr that tgey gave me pesticides to spray and mothball..WTH, i pay them to be housekeeping staff.I spend my stay there without rest to catch cockroaches

location is centre, easy to get public transport

hotel should state either the room has windows or not. I booked deluxe room but didnt have windows which under my expectation. However, we have received option to change another room have windows for the 2nd night since room fully occupied for 1st night

Room 302 is not clean (got cockroaches & bed bugs). Toiletries supplies are not sufficient (only one small shower lotion & shampoo + one soap bar).
