- We stay 3 days 2 nights there, they provide us only 1 keycard. Whenever we request for an extra, they will ask to come again at 9pm but when we return to ask we never get an extra. So whenever my husband need to go down to smoke i need to wait and go down to tap the card for him.
- 1. The hot water supply for showers is inconsistent, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak usage times in the morning.2. The elevator service often requires a long wait, particularly in the mornings when guests are heading for breakfast.3. The car park security staff could improve their approach to guest interactions to ensure a more welcoming experience.

Breafast is very good. I like the porridge and croissant.
The bathroom. Water does not drain out properly
We love the cleanliness and tech-savvy room. Everything was digital and room service did not fail us.
Only that we were even-numbered rooms so breakfast was limited to 6am-8am. Although we understand the space could not cater for a full crowd.
