Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam

The reception area looked posh and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, which provided a good rest. Free parking on-site, which was a very welcome offering.

The front desk area looked a little lightweight but served its purpose. Hotel looked generally dated but could see that they tried to refresh the look on the interior.

The place, room, and staff. Staff name andri is so good since we are arrial until we going back. He the one help me alot. Nice guy. I give him 5 star.

The pool not clean. Can see from cafe. I went down to swiming, but not clean. Sory to say, only pool not clean.

At breakfast, Fry fish are hard to bite, steam chicken not good smell( 9am) .

hotel staff was very friendly and polite, offered fo drive us to our venues for free. delivered hrabfood orders to our room number as well.

hotel facilities were limited, pool looked abit murky and chalky. the bathroom floor was very slippery, almost fell.

My room was on the Second level near the outdoor garden . guest will drinking and talking midnight cannot sleep

The romantic suite is pretty stunning in terms of the overall design and it certainly worth the price i was paying.The location is near to the pier so you can actually sleep till the last bit before heading out and catch your ferry.

I actually upgraded myself to the better room the hotel has got to offer. The lower tier room is pretty run down and the fittings are in pretty bad state. The hole drilled to fit air-cond is not covered properly and it lets you see the bricks around that hole and gives a bad presentation of the room that was already small. The room has a moldy smell too.The suites are so much better than what i had got for the lower tier room but it comes with a cost too.If you are a person who is particular about the room's overall presentation would recommend you to not go for the lower tier rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They took an effort to send us to the ferry terminal as there were busy at that time.

Could help to upgrade some of the facilities

This is an old hotel with victorian style of furnishing. I only stay for 1 night so it is ok.

The food really need got taste.like no salt.The egg station need improve.better write down on paper if can't remember the order due alot people order chef forget to do

Great Hotel with Excellent Service!Stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The place is very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Felix for his outstanding service—truly made our stay even better.

Felix and all the other Staff were incredible from the moment we arrived, taking care of our bags to our room and making sure everything was ok with our stay. The hotel and spa facilities is perfect if you just want to switch off for a few days

No Sauna or steam room but this wasn’t an issue

The suite room recommended by the front desk was exceptionally well. It’s huge , clean , beautiful design perfect for couple! Thank you to all the grand eska staff especially Felix for the great hospitality! They all deserve a raise!

Enjoyed the breakfast spread. Room is comfortable. Staffs are friendly amd efficient.

Had some trouble with the wifi due to terrible weather. T.V had not much choice for channels to watch. Netflix was out of version. Always have problems connecting to the app on the T.V. Need proper maintenance.

I am amazed by the grand eska hotel it was absolutely beautiful and classic, It’s was refreshing smell of odor in the hotel grand eska.

I am slightly disappointed with the hotel room conditions there are some parts are dirty and the swimming pools area are aren’t clean enough.
