It's so comfortable to stay here. It's near to Nagoya Mall about 1.5km. The breakfast have much variety and it's enough for me.

Nothing but if have smart tv it would be nice for kids to stay room watching youtube or netflix.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, making it ideal for a good rest. However, the room faces the street and can get quite noisy with traffic, motorcycles, and the restaurants across the road. This issue could be easily solved with better soundproof windows, which would make the stay much more pleasant. Its very noisy, specially at night. The breakfast is acceptable if you are vegetarian or vegan, but options are very limited. Aside from 2–3 types of rice, there’s little variety, same goes for noodles and vegetables. Don’t expect much beyond the basics.At checkout, they asked me to wait 15 minutes while they checked the room, completely unacceptable and very frustrating. Of course I had everything paid already so I just walked out to my cab.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Batam. Great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Very comfortable. My room facing the road was very noisy at night. Heavy traffic late into the night. Breakfast could be better too.

Exterior building looks new. People working there is extremely friendly!

The room interior is quite old, there are stains on the chair. There are spider web on the wall. The toilet sink have many ants and same goes for in the dustbin when we have yet to use. Sound is too much, as the hotel is beside the main road it is super noisy with all the vehicle exhaust sound that goes on whole night… And can even hear neighbours talking and singing at wee hours. Sound proof walls can be improve…

Breakfast had a good spread. Most was the Indonesian cuisine. There were some options for Vegetarians too. Fruits were fresh, bakery products were good too.

There was not staff to set up the tables except for laying the matt on the tables, usually the table set up gets you the cutlery, tissue, salt pepper, sugar, creamer on the table. Not a big deal because we could find those things easily. Almost everything was self service, which is common for buffet type of set up. This feedback is just to help improve.

Toilet and towels were not cleanest. Had mould in the gourds of the toilet, and towels had stains.

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

I didn't like that you could hear people making love in the nearby rooms and the vehicles passing by are all quite loud, maybe could do much better with the soundproofing.

The water pressure is good, the aircond was really cold despite the very hot weather in Batam and the pillows is very comfortable.

The room is spacious and the bed and pillow is super comfy. The staff is friendly and check in was fast.

No connecting rooms

The room was spacious. I asked them to decorate the room for my dad’s birthday and it was beautiful! The swimming pool is indoor so the weather didn’t matter. The and staffs were very friendly and accommodating to my requests

The TV is outdated. Should install smart TV with Netflix and more Tamil channels.
