Clean the room without notice to customer or without customer instruction as while I was just going for breakfast then when I go out the request to clean the room was not done when i.come back at night2 have to pay for additional towels???3 Request a king size bed and shown a king size bed but when agreed to switch was given a queen size one and told us that they only has queen size 4. Location far from other facilities and malls, etc

The room is spacious & clean. The bed is comfortable.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A surprise that a 4 star hotel does not have a hair dryer whereas most of the hotels have. The breakfast is so limited options.

The one and ONLY good thing about the Hotel was the price was acceptable and fast check in

I frequent to Batam for work and leisure purpose. First time trying this hotel and it’s a big disappointment. This will be first and the last time staying in this hotel. As per my privilege booking package, its clearly stated in the booking document that we are allowed for late check out but during checking in, the reception denied our late check out privilege even when we showed them the booking document mentioning a late check out is included. As we booked a non-smoking floor, the moment the lift door opened at our level, the whole floor was so full of strong cigarette smell all the way to the room! The room interior was very old and run down and there were a lot of stains marks all over the room and toilet. The most ridiculous part is when we requested for additional blanket and It cost 100,000 rupiah!! If you request for pillow, it will cost you 50,000 rupiah per piece!! I have been staying at more than 15 different hotels in Batam and this is my first ever experience of this items being chargeable. The hotel lift is the worst, when the lift reached your level, it will always be full of people especially during morning breakfast, I can only board the lift on my 6th attempt. During checking out, I can only board the lift on my 5th attempt. Imagine the wait and time wasted just to board the lift. Breakfast was horrible, the area is too small to accommodate hotel guest. A lot of guest has to wait for seats and no staff was available to clear the tables. There were not much variety of food, only basics and food was scarce. Food top up was tremendously slow. I can see a lot of frustrations from the other guest. My kids were devasted when the swimming pool were under renovation during our stay. This was not highlighted in the hotel booking system. I thought we were just unlucky that we came during the renovation period. To my surprise, looking at previous guest review, the swimming pool was already under renovation for more than 2 years and nothing changed.

Room is spacious and location quite near to city centre and there are some food place nearby like local noodle, Pizza hut, others.Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Since I booked the hotel without any cc confirmation, they called fo confirmation on the day before I arrived.

Room phone is not working, so I could not call reception or other service from the bedroom.Room lighting switch is not convenience. All the switch is only at the bed side table, so all the lighting need to switch off and on from the bed. Sometime needs to switch on the light at bathroom or light at the entrance door we need to go to the bed For hotel food, the fried rice I ordered for dinner the rice is to wet.

staff were friendly, location is ok, breakfast is as per what you paid for

1. there were smoking and non-smoking rooms that were separated by different levels but you can still smell smoke in the hallway of non-smoking floors2. towels and bedsheets and pillowcases and basically all linen were so old and stained yellow and especially the towels had that smell of laundry not dried enough3. they only provided 2 body towels per room, not even a single face towel and when we asked if we could have an extra towel, we were told it would cost us 150k...

For the price all was okay but can be better. Smells very nice when open room. They reli spray a tonn of perfume lol. Why im still okay was since i just spend for sleep from 10pm to 7am, i guess honest review i feel just ok else, i could get better 3 atar botel. Tks

No neaby mini mart, toilet could use more towels than just 2 bath towels & 1 floor towel. Improve on cleaning edges in toilet. Pillows can change as its thin and stains w/ cover pillow. Mine should be bathtub but i get shower, and its connecting room. I can cearly hear next door snoring omg.

Friendly staff and easy check in and check out procedures. Also, immediately added one extra bed upon request. Satisfied.

Breakfast - most of the food finished when arrived at about 8.30am.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The surrounding were not noisy and busy which was very important for hotel guests to have a good rest and enjoy our holiday. The elevator was fast and clean too. The hotel manager managed to fulfil our request for connecting room.

So far so good although there is room for improvement such as to supply more varieties for breakfast such as pastries, more desserts and other asian delicacies. The dishes were delicious but lack of varieties. Should provide better choices of Tea

The location was good. Near the places we planned to go.

There's no bidet in one of the rooms. There are cockroaches in the rooms and a big one at level 3 of the hotel. The maintenance was very³ poorly maintained. The hotel room, bed and the pillows were very dirty. The lighting in the room was very dim. Definitely not recommended.

Me and my fiance didnt expect the hotel would be that good, we were welcome from the front door very nice, checked in time less than 3 minutes which was so great.. the room itselve truly confy and the best part of our trip, the front desk free upgrded our room and againn its more than we could ask especially on that day our very moment with my fiance, soo yeaa Beverly hotel are lovely....

I didn't had the breakfast there

They claimed room was cleaned but it had baby roaches running around. Bad odour. When change to another room it was roach free but there was a lizard

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was a little run down but it's comfortable.

Tbh, the lobby could've had better decorations.

The room is big n clean.

Asking for extra pillow the hotel charge us 1 pillow for 50,000rp.

There was no water supply and we were just given mineral water bottles to clean ourselves or shower. The aircon was barely there. The lobby was so hot! The wardrobe stinks. The bathtub when drained choked the whole bathroom and water backflow in the toilet.
