Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa

My son and I had lots of fun .... Surfing ..... The Concierge Jamal was very helpful.The Xmas dinner was fabulous ....

Wonderful resort with amazing pools right on the beach near walking paths and easily drivable to nearby shopping, restaurants, surf spots, etc. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were available though one was closed for renovation during our stay. Water pressure in shower and hot water was excellent and housekeeping was incredibly responsive and friendly. Beds were comfy, all amenities were appreciated. TV and wifi worked flawlessly.

Included buffet breakfast and paid for buffet dinner did not keep the food hot enough for meals. Food seemed plentiful and good options and good tasting but very few times was it hot unless you opted for on demand omelettes/eggs. Gym/fitness center was acceptable but not extensive. Indoor pool at spa/fitness center was said to be heated but we found it was not very warm. Had a massage which was good but the spa itself was not suited well with amenities like for showers/hair dryers, etc. We did have a few issues with a clogged shower drain and light out in bathroom but the staff quickly came and addressed the issues. No complaints.

Our stay at Hilton Taghazout Resort was truly wonderful. I traveled with my mom and sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed at the front desk for his kind help even before we arrived it really made a difference.The rooms were incredible, with a magnificent view that we simply didn’t want to leave. My mom enjoyed it so much, and it made our holiday truly unforgettable. This has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we will surely return to this hotel whenever we come back to Taghazout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a genuine, warm hospitality experience.

The location, the reception stuff and the facilities

we believe there's room for improvement in a few areas. The beach towels are quite worn and could use replacing, and the private beach area could benefit from some redecoration to better match the standard and elegance of the hotel

Location good, rather clean, big swimming pools

Only one restaurant works for a lunch and not good quality, service and food was not good. Not good beach area of the hotel, dirty and nobody cleaned it.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, manned by thoughtful and friendly staff. The pool area is expansive, and the ease of passage to the wide, white and sandy beach is fabulous!

Not worth your money for quality and service.

A beach bar with a bartender who doesn’t know how to make cocktails — that pretty much sums up our disappointing experience. Every time we wanted a proper drink, we had to leave the beach and walk all the way to the pool bar to make our own orders. After raising a complaint, we were offered just two free cocktails for the evening — hardly a solution.That night, we decided to give the lobby bar a try. I ordered an Aperol Spritz, and to my shock, the bartender served me a mix of Aperol and water — no prosecco, no soda, just flat and undrinkable. At that point, we gave up and went back to our rooms, counting down the hours until check-out.If you’re hoping to unwind with a proper drink in a relaxing setting, this is definitely not the place. We couldn’t leave fast enough.

Super good location, very clean for Morocco standards.

A bit too noisy in the evenings. They had a band and it was too loud, especially for people who search for a quiet place or for families with small children.

Immaculately clean, large property, lots of amenities and friendly and helpful staff

Very nice resort with welcoming staff, multiple swimming pools, good gym, amazing breakfast with a lot of variety. Even got an upgrade!

Restaurant food (for lunch for example) - low-quality and small portions

We overall really enjoyed our stay. First time staying at a Hilton. The staff were so lovely and very friendly.Lovely selection of breakfast. Something for everyone. The room was stunning and huge!!Everywhere was extremely clean and tidy. Stunning pool area.

However sadly a few NegativesLack of information on hotel or surrounding areas. Nothing in the room about the hotel, pool opening times, restaurants etc (we had paid for breakfast but didn’t know anything about if we could pay to eat the odd night at the other restaurants) And nothing in the lobby about getting to the towns, local areas, things to do.Air cons a bit rubbish and hard to workShower went hot and cold a few timesOur room was right at the back around the side and at night there was football games going on which were loud.I personally thought the location was rubbish, it wasn’t in taghazout even though the hotel name says different. It was about a 35/40 min walk. Which was down a lovely pathway don’t get me wrong but far when you just want to nip out and about. 20 mins walk to the down of tamrhakht which has a few places to eat and corner shops.They offer use of bikes but it’s expensive for the day. I feel like these should be included. Especially during the quieter months since a few things aren’t open till April at the hotel they could offer things like free bikes.If you are after a resort stay and not too fussed about leaving the hotel then this place is stunning and perfect but for getting out and about it’s not the best location.However I would recommend. Poor and expensive drinks and food poor quality especially the buffet on Sundays

I only had the opportunity to stay there for 2 nights as I had to return to my consultancy job in Paris , but will return for a longer stay in Morocco

Breakfast buffet was ok but not specialVegetarian options were limited in both of the restaurants we ate in and didn’t feel the food was great.

ABSOLUTELY amazing! Will be back! Short walk down to the beach, all the restaurants incredible, rooms lovely, I love Morocco!

at check out, when I asked for the price, they became unfriendly, as if I had said I wouldn't pay, I think it was a misunderstanding but the tone was absolutely not ok. Staff in general are nice there, but often a bit hyper friendly, which I personally don't like, it feels fake.
