Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Garden

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. A special thank you to Mounir, who was truly exceptional, professional, welcoming, and always available to help. His service made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were amazing—always fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety at every meal.

We felt it was a bit inconvenient that the hotel didn’t provide a shuttle to the beach, especially since we didn’t have our own car. During dining times, it often felt a little disorganized, as some guests would take most of the food early, leaving fewer options for those arriving later. Perhaps a better system could be put in place so everyone has the chance to enjoy the full variety. It would also be nice if food were not allowed around the pool or in rooms, as this sometimes created a mess and made the area less clean. Other than that, the food itself was very fresh and delicious, and the staff was very nice and friendly!

Location is great , the food variety and quality was good, the staff were very supportive and understanding. Special thanks to Assia, Yacine, Hamid at reception and Mohamed the barman!

1) I was on all inclusive but I don’t drink alcohol, I was expecting a Moroccan tea and coffee option available all the day. The coffee offered during the day was poor quality out of powder machine. To get a good coffee or the Tea (bag only) you have to wait until after 18:00 pm which was not convenient.2) The room keys has an issue and got deactivated very very often as soon as they are close to the phone, it was bit annoying changing them every time

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Garden Saïdia! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well taken care of.A big thank you to the incredible animation team for making our holiday so much fun and full of energy! The room is good and confortable

The location Isn’t as we tought it is, It’s very far from the beach The food is a horrible, I was very very disappointed and unfortunately no much restaurant in the area wE could go to I don’t recommend eating at this hotel

The resort is beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and very clean, perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping service was consistent. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel by Fati, and a big thank you to Mounir for his professionalism! His smile and sense of hospitality made our arrival even more pleasant. Thank you again.

The only thing I liked about this place is the animation team and AYA in the front desk was really helpful with us.

The welcoming was below ZERO. When we arrived, we were there around 1pm. The guy in the front desk told us the room will be ready in one hour and half. So we waited until 3 pm and went to see if the room is ready or not. The person told us that we will have to wait until 7PM, like I was like WHAT! Are you for real!!!! There’s no way I am going to wait that long time. I had to call booking.com customer service and after one hour at 4 pm we checked in and whoever checked us in her name was “HIBA”. She came to me after i made the phone call to booking customer service, somehow she was mad because I called booking.com customer services. She gave us the keys for the room and the bracelet after making us waiting till 4pm. She didn’t apologize for making us waiting for long time and this resort consider 5 stars hotel WOW!!! This place does not even deserve 1 star. If I would rate it, it would be -10 maybe worst!Ok, so the food OMG!! Was terrible!!! They need to hire another chef that knows what the word “food” means!!! The room when we went to check it out, it was unclean and disgusting!!!! We had to call the reception to get someone to clean it up. Afterwards, the cleaning didn’t make any difference. Room number was 3002 by the way.For the snacks they have from 5-6 pm they only have plain croissants and chocolate croissant!!! 5 stars hotel can you imagine that! If anyone is planning to go to this hotel, my recommendation, don’t waste your money on a place that doesn’t deserve that value of money.

Nothing at all.

The room was not clean at all There was minimum 4 spiders AC was not cooling Water was dripping from the wall next to the electric From 1 am to 3 am we was in the lobby trying to change the room Really booking.com management should take an action about this bad service The hotel never do anything good for us.

It was a very pleasant stay, in a comfortable and modern structure, food was very good; Special thanks go to Farid, Salma and Houssam who have always been very kind and helpful towards us

Location, cleanness, swimming pool..

The service was bad. Also, the restaurant wasn’t satisfying, the food was not as we expected. I need to mention that it supposed to show our Moroccan tradition that will show in the tea pot which was broken and too old. I cannot believe that you guys cannot buy a simple tea pot reflecting our beautiful culture. I would like to add that the reception was very crowded and taking too much time to serve one customer.As well as, our shower was not functioning properly so we had to do a lot of effort to take our bath. It really needs to be completely changed!

Main part of the hotel gives on the golf with nice green areas.

Rooms need more maintenance.Hotel was completely empty and even like this they put us in a room with parking view.If hotel is almost empty, why don’t you propose a complete breakfast tray in the room instead of proposing such a light breakfast buffet?

Clean and spacious rooms, very delicious food, large pool with plenty of activities. But mostly, the staff was extraordinary, they were like family and they were very helpful
