the food was great. The service manager Munir is an excellent man.

The hotel ate my money and cancelled the booking without informing me. Before the planned check-in I called the hotel many times to change the booking date but no one received the call. They ate the money even I went there within my booked time, they refused to refund my money and fortified. I had to pay for a day that I had already paid, double payment for the same day. Horrible people. Don't stay in this hotel, this is a resort and overall bad. Looks like a dirty market.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and well-located, but what made it even better was the amazing service. Thank you to Mounir for being so welcoming and always ready to assist. Highly recommend!

Facilities, food, and entertainment.

Rooms with nasty dirty carpet, shower and toilet that smell all the time. Dirty bed sheets and very old greyish towels.

Very good experience, Location of the hotel is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. They even organized my child’s birthday party at no cost to is. The beach is nice and there is always entertainment. I will definitely go back

Nice hotel, well located and supper friendly staff.

Mosquitos in the common areas . However, the rooms are spared . The hotel treats mosquitos that probably come from the nearby golf resort.

We did like the swimming pool, staff , dancers and all the workforce of Radisson hotel !

Really great staff who went out of the way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was yummy. Loved the tea being served in the lobby. And it was a great location and a beautiful place.

Maybe the bed could be a little softer and the toilet was quite low

The food is horrible, I've been in Radisson blu in marrakech and El hoceima, but this one doesn't deserve the name of this respectful name.The mosquitoes are everywhere. We couldn't sleep due to a coffee bar outside the hotel because the suite room wasn't soundproof.I'll never come back to that hotel, and I don't recommend for people who are familiar with 5 stars hotels.

The hotel ambiance is fantastic! The rooms were very clean, and the warm welcome from the staff made our stay even better. The Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Mounir, was very professional and quick to meet our needs. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the food was fresh and tasty,

I liked how big the facility is;The pools; and the vacation vibes to the facility.

I came with 2 elderies, and they got us a wrong room number. I had to walk a lot with two elderies to fix the room key and get a correct room number.They did not pay attention to the number of travellers. We had to ask them for extra towels and the amenities.The room smelled bad a little bit, i had to buy an air freshner.The remote control was broken when we first entred the room. The phone did not work so i had to walk down all the way to the reception area to reach out to the staff.

Maids were very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Hayet Ben Khaled. Also at the reception they helped when a wrong booking was made.

Good location to the beach and comfortable rooms.A small handful of staff were very courteous and helpful.

Check in took an hour in a non-air conditioned room.Staff are unable to make the simplest changes to the booking. Probably understaffed and untrained.The tone with customers is rude in 80% of cases. Individual teams do not communicate with each other. Instead, guests are expected to take care of everything themselves or come back the next day.Cleanliness in the public areas is sometimes catastrophic.The hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. Either the price or the service urgently needs to be adjusted.

Close to the beach. Comfortable beds.Individual staff was good.

For the most part, the service was very poor.The staff at the reception was often unfriendly and never tried to solve a request. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and not comparable to other Radisson Blu hotels.The neighboring Radisson Ressidences is a good alternative.
