Nice view by the water, close to grocery store

Terrible.Light switches were taped to secured on the wall.Safety hazards, had to use it careful to avoid injuries.Chair was torn.Dirty shower,seems hasn¿t been cleaned for long time.Soap scums everywhere.Extra 1000yen for parking and 1000yen cooking ware

It was a nice location, right by the water! It was a very spacious accommodation, too.

There was a strong moldy/musty smell throughout the property- in the elevator, halls and in the room. It was very unpleasant. I also thought that the parking price was a bit steep at 1000 yen a night, especially considering how open of an area the location was. It’s not like it was in the city or anything. So that was a bit questionable.

The location of the place was in middle of nowhere. Nothing was open in middle of night. The staff were not accomodating to any requests.

The only thing that lets this place down is not having kitchen equipment such as plates, cutlery, pans. As you book a room with a kitchenette but can’t cook anything. they do offer equipment to rent but 1000¥ per night. it’s cheaper to buy things from the Daiso nearby

The location was probably the best part, we had a beautiful view literally across from the ocean. It was also nice having all the facilities we would need right on our room.

The fridge/freezer AND microwave had food from a previous customer. For the fridge this was not a game changer, but in the morning when we tried to use the microwave, it stunk of old sausages so we couldn't use it.

mold and water stains in bathroom they wet wrestling upstairs like moving furniture around from 11pm to about 3 am stomping around and making a-lot of noises couldn’t sleep. parking sucks paid extra 1000 ¥ out of pocket for a parking spot out front of hotel by the curb

a little janky on the outside. the room was decent and the bathroom was too. good for the price. nice amenities for us to take. Sesoko island was near and we just snorkeled there and it was nice and close.

could be cleaner. we asked for a plastic fork or something and they gave us a random silver fork in a drawer up front. seawall was disappointing because it was dirty and unable to really climb around

the pillows weren’t very comfortable so I definitely recommend bringing your own.

I stayed at 2F but the ocean view was still excellent. The room and all facilities are very clean and comfortable.

It seems that the wall is not soundproof. It was quite noisy from the next room.

The view was gorgeous, the price was reasonable, the room was spacious.

The shower was nice and strong and the toilet has a butt sprayer so that was nice.

I didn't like paying for parking, seems like parking should be included if you're staying at the hotel. Also the TV was confusing to figure out and only had 4 channels to choose from. The elevator smells bad, you can't mask that odor with a couple of air fresheners

The ocean view was magnificent with Iejima in the distance. It was close to the Ocean Expo Park/Bise village. The hotel staff was very kind and accomodating.
