Location.

Guests should have instructions sent to them regarding check in earlier than the day of. There is no staff and a note on the door instructing you to call a number to check in and we don't travel with international data- we rely on WiFi connections.

The property is safe like photos ,they donot offer room service , however our stay was a 9 days and we got more than enough towels, cleaning soap and tissues Nice parking Seven eleven and a bus stop is few meters a wayItis better to rent a car in okinawaWhen we entered the room we find a list of all beautiful places we can visit The owner is very responsive to messagesItis a very quiet place even in somedays building was full capacity but we hear no sound

Their was a smell i dodnot know the source even though the room was very clean The property is not sea view , it tomb view but we was okay with thatBed mattress need to be better

Location is convenient for our travelling (by self drive) to places in the North-western part of Okinawa.Parking is sufficient for all guests and is free. The property is newly refurbished, and everything seems to be new, down to the stove/ kitchen hood and washing machine (though we did not need them).There is 7-11 convenience store just a few metres away.

The WC which is separate from the bath room, is a bit too tight.

Clean with ample towels and bathroom supplies. 7-11 within walking distance and hotel has ample free parking spaces. Location is near enough (driving) to beaches, parks etc. Room has just enough space for 3. Washing machine is plus for longer stay.

Aircon is working but temperatures sensing seems a bit slow.

A good base to explore the north of the island. Free and easy parking under the apartment block. Out to the west of the main town but a 7-11 within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable for us, that are not used to the hard Japanese beds. The apartment is larger than expected, with a washing machine and anything we needed.The location is great if you have a car.

Short walk to a beautiful, long beach, quiet area of town, very clean, had everything you need

There’s not much we didn’t like about the property. Next time we would probably look for a slightly bigger room. Also keep in mind it’s not really a ‘hotel’ with a reception, etc

Very clean and spacious room with all facilities (gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, coin laundry etc.)

Location is not very accessible with public transport (bus). However you can get taxis using app like GO Taxi. If you have car, this is good location since they have parking facility also.

Spacious room and complete with electrical appliances.

But there's too much furniture. There is little space to unfold the bag.

Very good price/quality ratio. My boyfriend and I are mostly outside exploring the island and it was perfect to have Hotel Tomas as our base camp ? Everything you need! And the owner was so nice, he also rented us snorkel gear for a very good price! Arrigatooo

It's not a hotel.The rooms look way older and less well maintained than on the pictures.We were looking for a quite and relaxing stay, unfortunately this room is not itYou don't have anywhere to relax (the "couch" is uncomfortable)The surroundings are also not nice. A big street, which also the windows are facing and the grey graveyard next to it.

Nice location if you are coming by car. Free parking below the hotel. Easy check-in. Beatiful beach a few steps away.

No reception no helping staff (no one speaks english)

Thomas, incredible private dream beach, close to konbini, well furnitured, did not miss anything, amazing staff, enjoyed the stay utmost

The Location was good and had many parking spots. The staff was also very friendly.

The room was not clean and it is more like a hostel and not a hotel.

Loved the neighborhood, very peaceful and close to a beach behind the property, Gorilla chop, aquarium and other smaller beaches. We wanted to visit as a staycation so this was perfect. It's far away from public transportation and Naha of course. The place had basic kitchen items, fridge and plenty of towels. Toiletries are available as required from ground floor, has a vacuum cleaner so that the sand from beach doesn't mess up your room. There is a TV with Japanese channels. There is a 711 very close by and some lunch place. Aeon Mall is around 5km away and can go by taxi. Lots of restaurants around the same area of Nago city center.

The bedding could have been more comfortable. Pillows were too flat and the mattress also was too soft on my back, would have liked it firm. Everything else was fine! The property is next to a graveyard, Japanese style. I didn't find it as a problem but I'm guessing some folks may not like it.

The room was clean, with everything I needed, and there was a wild beach 3 minutes walk that I enjoyed a lot. Close to bus stops and local convenience stores. I also liked that it is located so that I felt I was living in one of the neighbourhoods, not as a tourist.

It's a very clean room with everything we needed. We were here for 3 nights except we spent 2 nights under the crazy typhoon here. The windows didn't break at all.There's a 7-11 close by with walking distance.

The mattress was a bit too soft and there wasn't any staff to change the rubbish.

It located in a quiet country town. Easy to get to pineapple park, churaumi aquarium and Sesoco beach. close to the 7/11 CVS. kind and clean.

There are graves right next to the hotel. There was a notice about breakfast, but it is not operating.

The location was very nice, there is a beach and a busstop nearby.

For a group of 3 people it was a small room, but given the good price and since our stay was only 3 nights, it was okay.
