Phoenix Park Hotel

The staff was very friendly.

The entrance and a few other parts were remodeled to seem newer, but the hotel itself was quite old and used. The amenities provided were bare minimum - without even water to drink (not even water machines) - and the place itself was not the cleanest. The walls had peeling wallpaper and stains throughout. There was even an alarm set in the TV that went off at 5am that we had to turn off, ridiculous given that we were on vacation and wanting to sleep in. There was no sound proofing so we could hear almost everything, especially the plumbing throughout the building. Would not recommend staying here.

It's very close to the Nago Bus Terminal, so you can explore easily nearby. The room was spacious for one person and had all amenities that you would need. Close to the beach, beautiful sunset!

The guests in the hotel were a bit strange (not the staff!!), but maybe that was just a coincidence. The room was not really clean, the bathroom had a weird smell. Cleaning is only offered when you stay longer than a week. I would stay somewhere else if I would come back.

Everything just perfect for me super clean and good Wifi good location you can just walk around the neighbors to restaurants and supermarkets and the more important is it’s near to the bus station

Very good. Clean,nice staff next to restaurant. Only down side is they offer no breakfast. I will stay again.

Very nice clean rooms, huge TV, microwave and freezer. You can stay for longer days and eat inside. Amenities were also nice.I especially enjoyed the bad on second floor.

Parking is getting full quite fast so better coming earlier to place your car next to the entrance.

Some dirty sports in the room (window, corners).I felt the room ventilation was insufficient and had trouble sleeping.

Large room, very well soundproofed and comfortable bed, I slept very well! Convenient for the bus station and the swimming beach. Helpful staff.

Wifi is unsecured so essentially unusable. Also the hotel is a little bit far from the centre of Nago, few restaurants/convenience stores around. For these reasons I checked out one day early but was not able to get a refund even though I gave the hotel two days notice (and if I had cancelled the whole stay two days in advance I would have had a refund).

Budget business stay when traveling to Nago city. Not suitable for family or vacation.

Large rooms for cheaper price. Free parking and free utilities and amenities

Laundry machines not good and dryer didn't work well. Parking is quite difficult due to small spaces and layout but available.

The place is near the baseball field.

The air conditioner in the room was dropping, so the staff change the room for us.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything was really good except the bed and the window to the wall.

It was a well equipped room. The bathroom was clean and nice. The hotel is very close to the main bus terminal.

The bed was aweful. Even a simple futon is more comfortable.

We liked the big room, the amenities were free and fun to use. it was quiet, no noise and private.

there were some small stains that weren’t great. the sheets feel horrible, sticky almost. the bathroom was very small and felt like an airplane bathroom. we were put right next to the restaurant on the first floor despite multiple floors which was disappointing. the pictures of the hotel is misleading. it seemed to be a big nice hotel but in reality surrounded by rundown buildings and messy houses that obviously doesn’t match the picture of the hotel. pretty overpriced as well. nether-less it was a place to sleep.
