Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort

Room and facilities are ok. The view is not worth the price. You can get this view somewhere else in Okinawa. The problem is in Booking you didn't mention that the beach and outdoor pool are closed during this season. I booked this hotel to swim in the sea, I knew it that I couldn't swim when I got to the hotel.

I texted to the hotel in the morning but staff replied another day!!!

It's a nice hotel with a beach nearby and a pool. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was lovely. We had a great view from a balcony

I got food poisoning from the buffet meaning I spent the last two days of my trip in the room incredibly unwell before then having to leave for the airport and fly home to Australia.The restaurants are crazy expensive (especially for what you are getting) and the service was so disorganized. They forgot two dishes we ordered the first night, and the second night they forgot our drinks. We had to order them with three separate waitresses before we got a drink. I have stayed at other Hiltons before and was excited to stay here but ultimately left feeling a bit ripped off, disappointed, and most importantly sick! Not a single staff member asked if I was ok, or checked in on us at all, even after my partner had told them that I was in the room with food poisoning. They didn't even ask us about our stay when we checked out, they just gave us a bill and took the keys.

The shuttle service did not work. Too infrequent and completely inflexible I.e. useless. 2h away from Naha.

I must say the Welcome was great, greeted us like VIPs, the care for our needs - room cleaning everyday and they even arranged our bath staff hahaha in a good way of course:)The beach is Great, near hotel , the food they try every morning to change few things so it wont be the exactly same every day! We thank the staff there and when we will be back - we will come to Hilton Sesoko again!Just be Advised - the Hotel is Perfect if you have a Car!

Not many facilities nearby like 7 eleven for none car visitors

The food was expensive and terrible. Had the blackened marlin and was tough and no taste. My wife oxtail and .mostly bone and hardly any meat.

I like that the pool were included in the payment. The beds are so comfy.

The dinner buffet was sooo expensive. The restaurants were also expensive

Everything was great. It was clean and tidy and well equipped. Things are kept new and well maintained and orderly.

The location was way to far from naha area, which needed more than 1 &half hours of drive from airport

The hotel provides some Japanese games and the kite for the clients to borrow. That’s very caring.

If the play house for kids are available, it would be great. Kids can enjoy free play together. Also, the request of late check-out for an hour is chargeable. That’s quite restrict.

Fireworks were such a bonus. Hotel was clean and staff were so sweet

Really nothing to complain about

Bed was great and comfortable. Good view. Had a very good rest after a day of travelling. Got a welcome gift and also a box of Chocolate in our room to celebrate our anniversary.

Probably the services such as Spa and indoor pool closed too early. We arrived close to 7pm where all the services ended. Would be great to be able to use these services during the night.

Our reservation for breakfast was mixed up. Staff was very kind in helping us. There was a stain on the bedding. Very noticeable.

The nearby beachstaff were friendly.

There was loud music, even DJ on the Saturday that we were staying. Considering that we wanted to have a calm getaway to an island in Japan, that was an absolute bummer. Also there was only one small jacuzzi for the whole hotel. Our room balcony was dirty so much that there was green algae growing in between tiles and there were sands. We won’t use this hotel anymore.

Rooms were large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony (especially during the fireworks on Saturday night). We also enjoyed the pool.

The hotel was very busy and we had to queue for breakfast (for 30 minutes) on two occasions. We expected the hotel to be able to accomodate all its guests for breakfast without having to wait in a queue. The pool was great but there could have been more shaded pool loungers (many people left their stuff on the pool loungers but were not at the pool). As a hotel guest we also expected to be able to use a beach longer for free (they are 4,500 yen). Location is remote so a rental car is needed.

The room was of a good Hilton quality.

For a 5 star the breakfast was of poor quality, the eggs were lukewarm. The cheapest bottle of wine in the Italian restaurant was £50. No value for what your paying. The hotel was not at all memorable. The hotel is only convenient if you have a car.

Not very organised- pizza sold out at dinner & half the menu is pizza- No room service at all- Wine sold out at shop NEVER ANY LEFT- No napkins in the restaurant - $20 for little glass of wine

The manager Angelo went above and beyond to please everyone. He was an absolute star! Without him the place would not have good service

The beach beds were so outdated. Circa 1970 loungers. The beach boys were so unhelpful and expect us to carry our beach towels back to the hotel ourselves !! One was even aggressive to us.
