Good place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Value for money.Staff and management is very very good.

No negative remarks as this place was well above my expectations.

Very forthcoming stuff. trying to help when the guests have a problem. The atmosphere is calm and everything is very clean. Felt very safe and at home.

Nice clean place,little far out but if you want quiet then it's fine

This is perfect choice for it's cost. They have cozy and clean yard before the entrance, private parking for scooters, but main is the staff — they are calm and ready to help. Location is ideal for those, who want to live nearby good cafes and seashore.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. While the reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful, I was disappointed with the pricing policy. The rates on Booking.com were significantly overpriced compared to what I paid for the same place last year—almost double the price. It seems to be an issue with management, as the prices kept fluctuating even within the same day, and last-minute bookings often turned out to be cheaper. This is supposed to be a proper budget stay, but they seem to be overcharging, which takes away from the experience. I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests

I have so many mixed feelings about this place...Location is great, a little bit away from the busy area but still close enough to walk everywhere. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe here. Staff was super nice to me, and attentive to my questions or requests.

I feel this place could be so much better if only well managed. To start with, cleanliness. My room wasnt clean AT ALL, the bedsheets had hair all over them, so clearly hadnt been changed. Anyways, when I asked for new ones, they had no problem and offer to change them. Hot water didnt work for the first 2 days, but after that they solved the problem. Also, expect to be disturbed with construction noise in the morning, since the place is under construction. In general, all looks abandoned and full of dust.Not so important to me, but I guess is good to know that the pool is not working at all (pictures on booking are old).

The garden and the view

Upon our arrival, the owner of the property was extremely rude and treated us poorly. When I inquired about our booking, which was supposed to be a deluxe twin room, he told us there was no such room available and gave us an ultimatum: “Stay here or leave.” It was late at night, and we had no other choice but to stay.My father, who is 70 years old, and I felt unsafe due to the owner’s disrespectful and intimidating behavior. The room provided was also very dirty and did not match the description of a deluxe twin room. I have photos to support this.We are very disappointed with this experience.

Good location and nice staff internally but who are suffering from bad external management.

I gave notice that we needed to leave sooner and the hotel management refused to refund for the extra nights I had already paid for. They were advertising a luxury swimming pool. The photo ( which they have since taken down) was for a completely different pool and in fact there has never been a working pool. There is no filtration system, so the maintenance guys, empty it every few day when it gets very dirty again.

No hot water. No pool during this month. Mold everywhere in the rooms.

Staff, location, their small restaurant and value for money

I booked an AC room but it was given to someone else. They have changed for non AC only. No room service.

- The cost of the rooms is affordable.- The food provided feels like home-cooked meals.- The rooms are clean and comfortable.- The people around are friendly and pleasant.

- The quantity of food was disappointing. Even though we paid for our meals, the amount served was laughable. We were four adults, but we only received enough food for two people. Despite mentioning this multiple times, the issue persisted. They should be more generous with portions. I did not like this at all.- The service was quite slow.- The swimming pool was very small and poorly shaped. I got hurt twice.- The price of the food was high compared to the quantity and variety we received.

An excellent place with good amenities. Loved the staff, pool and location.

The ac worked well and it's in beautiful Arambol

The staff made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was given a decent discount online, which they were not willing to accept initially and wanted more money for. I had to point out on their page that it said the ac room (they wanted to give me the basic fan only option) and showed the discounts applied by booking.com. I was also woken up to be given a blanket during the night which I found a little odd

The room was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was good. The staff were generous and welcoming.The drinking water facility was good

Toilet seat needs fixing

A beautiful peaceful place to live in budget. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner here as well as. Room was really comfortable and clean. Staff is really helpful. Mister Rajesh is polite man and really good person. You can enroll here in Yoga course too.
