very nice and peaceful place with direct view on the sea from balcony

some distance to walk from parking and 2-3 junkies nearby to the property

The view from the balcony and the size of and bed with a small shelves for the luggage to keep....

The water provided to bath are salt water from ocean and there is problem with the electricity fluctuations....

waking up to tje view right onto the sea was gorgeous. it is also a quiet area since it is further away from everything.getting to the beach and sweet lake for a morning dip was just 5 min away

there was no hot water - also bo bathtub as the description says . theres hardly any network and the wifi does not work properly.

Hot water has to be fix, cause there's a risk of electric shock. Sometime there are too many ants in the room.

Basic amenities (like drinking water, daily cleaning) were missing. I had to ask for it. also, due to low voltage, fan didnt function properly. and the room became unbearably hot

This place is on a cliff, the view is beautiful. It's quiet, but this depends on your neighbours too. The mattress is comfy, wifi is very good. The socket is near the bed. Every room has a porch and two chairs to sit and look at the sea with some nice plants around. PS: there are many houses on the cliff, it depends on which you'll stay in. Sunny cliff, Om Ganesh guesthouse ... they're all the same thing apparently.

The place is old and looks a bit sad, it's one house divided into three rooms. Walls are super thin and you hear everything. It's on the cliff so you have to climb very unsafe stairs (or the bare ground) to reach it, which is not great when you carry luggage. It's a budget hotel, I would recommend it if the stairs were made safer. No hot water for showering.

Affordability with a ocean view. Away from the hustle of the city. The balcony to take it all in was an extra perk. A great place to spend your vacation or spend a couple days while acquiring your bearings in Arambol.

The wifi wasn't accessible from our room. We could get it from the resteraunt below which was fine for us but may be problematic for others.Privacy curtains/tapestries on the sides of the balcony would be a nice addition.
