Hotel Arambol Arbour

Property is walking distance to beach. Staff is courteous. Hotel is adjacent to the market where you may get fresh fruits, groceries and lots of eating joins nearby.

The location of the property is very close to beach and walkable. Room size is pretty good.

The cleanliness to be more good. non smoking room is smelled with cigarrets. Pool is not usable as it is not clean and upstairs AC water drain directly falls in Pool.No parking at this hotel. we need to struggle with parking on the road,

Bedsheet dirty and stained. No water provided. Dirty old commode. Broken knob of cupboard. Very old place not maintained properly

It is near the beach.

Dirty. You can see a lot of dirt in the bathroom. The floor was also dirty and should have been mopped. A lot of dust in the wardrobe. Stains on the blanket. Even the pool looked like they haven't changed the water for years. Not worth the money. EDIT: "you could have told us to clean it " is such a ridiculous reply. When customers book something we expect you already cleaned it and you didn’t have to be told to do so. Also the most disgusting thing was the drain cover in the bathroom which looks like it hasn’t been changed for years and I doubt you have a spare part for that even if someone asks. It is also a lie that no one has said something about how dirty your rooms are. One quick look on the comments here and on google maps, many will see some bad reviews. I was hoping our room would be the clean kind but apparently not. Just focus on improving the place and cleaning it please instead of trying to defend yourselves. Thanks.

Bed, warm water, some of the staff was friendly even if not that on top of the things

manager, arrogant attitude, handling things, informing things, not knowing how to apologize, cleanliness, credit card was not accepted as a means of payment even though it was stated in the booking (additional costs of 13€ for us), shower was broken and we slept badly for several nights after we were told that the plumber would come in the morning and then he did not come, 4/7 of the days of accommodation with a broken shower and constant adjustment on the subject, when we arrived there were dead bugs and coffee stains on the tables etc, the cleaning standard improved a little towards the end of the stay, the hotel is marked on the map in the wrong location and is actually further away from the beach.

The behaviour of the staff is very nice and attentive. It's very near to Arambol beach. Walking distance 2mins.

Host Yazadi was very helpful right from finding us best places to eat, scooties for travelling and places to visit. Hotel is just 2 min away from beach. Rooms are large with all the amenities. Its a Go-To, economic option near Arambhol beach.

Little maintenance is required in rooms.

Nice staff, nice ambience, Polite staff. Couple friendly staff. Beach on walking distance.

The host Mr. Yazdi is amazing person to meet and wonderful arrangements made by him for our stay and looking forward to visit again... Arambol beach is just 2 mins walk from hotel and food near by is also good....

The Manager Mr. Yezdi, he was so attentive to your every needs and he is a available on call any time

in house food & beverage. it may sound simple but it’s as important as selling a room … could have provided more utilities for the bathroom ie,.. soap (it was too small in size)

It's near to beach like 2-3 mins walk.Has swimming pool.Nearby food restaurants which are at reasonable rates.

Great location (Just 2 mints walk to the beach), really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful. Also got to taste some amazing signature coffee at their restaurant?

The host yazdi was really kind sweet and always helpful to all our requirements. And so was the staff. Had a really enjoyable and safe stay being all girls.
