I chose this resort mainly for its proximity to the Victoria Golf Club, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The property is stunningly beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained.The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even arranged a tuk-tuk for me to get to the golf club for my sessions, which was a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more convenient.Highly recommended for golfers and anyone looking for a relaxing escape in a scenic setting. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Signature Resort during my visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and wanted a place slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city — it turned out to be the perfect choice. The surroundings were tranquil, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the care shown by the staff was truly exceptional. A peaceful retreat with warm hospitality — highly recommended!

We selected this hotel to get out from our stressful routine life, and our choice was absolutely correct. The property had the much anticipated tranquility and the greenery that we were looking forward for.The staff was extremely cordial and corporative. The food was not cheap but definitely more than valuable for the price paid for. The resort is not for business travellers since it's little far from Kandy City.

The staff were great and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They interacted well with our children and took some time to play with them. The MD even loaned me his clubs to play golf with. It’s a short distance to the Victoria Golf Resort and the staff arranged transport to take us there for a round. The buffet was great and there was lots of food.

On my way to Mahiyangana, since it was too late, we booked this hotel for a stop over. The place was unbelievably stunning with a very large forest feeling garden.The front office was extremely supportive and was helpful even we arrived late.Though we booked a standard room, they gave a free upgrade since there were rooms available in the deluxe category. The rooms are decorated with reach kandyan deco that takes you to a bygone era and really nice and spacious. We did not have dinner since it was late, and the morning breakfast with live actions were more than we expected. The whole staff was very supportive.

The hotel has a great location close to the lake and a restaurant included to get some dinner for reasonable prices. Fried rice was about 2000 lkr.The room was big, clean and had a terrace to enjoy the coffee provided in the room. The shower had hot water as well.

We arrived and didn't feel quite welcome. Overall the interaction with the staff felt awkward and uncomfortable. We figured it was due to the language barrier but still the usual friendliness of the people was missing here.There was a party that evening and it was very loud until midnight.The wifi was only working a short amount of time and was constantly disconnecting.

Location was excellent. We haven’t had any breakfast during our stay due to the cost.

Firstly toilets were uncleaned.Water after bathing not draining and over flowing inside the toilet area.Kettle kept for us to use is very uncleaned and room had so many tine decorative items covered with dust. Due to lack of staff the service was bit slow. Near to bed side table kept one metal lamp which need not to keep there to reduce injuries during sleep. Firstly TV and total electricity supply of the room was unfunctional and we seeked assistance from the staff. Due to above reason we paid high price for a room and the charges were shown during booking time was lower than what we paid during our check in time. Request the management to look for these matters and give a receipt with detailed charges. Thanks

booking.com rate and hotel bills do not match when we go, the hotel charges higher prices for rooms hotels tell us the booking.com price is not anymore valid. its absurd

The room and location were fantastic. Staff were helpful. Good value for money.

Our room was close to the water tank and the pressure pump kept kicking in every few seconds. That was a bit disturbing.

Excellent place to relax and stay close to nature, very quiet place. Very helpful staff who will find you a solution to your needs.

Staff was very nice and supportive. They made all the pre requisite arrangements accordingly.

It's a beautiful property with nice rooms, However, the rooms were cleaned upto the mark... It was quite dusty and even had quite a bit of cobwebs! Since we travelled with small baby, this cleanliness mattered the most..

The resort is super nice. The pool is good and the room is big and clean. Very relaxing stay. And love the nature around it. Staf super friendly Love that there is a laundry service

The breakfast that was not included is very expensive (more than 7000 rupees). The resort is pretty far from the city of Kandy. We asked for some information about nature tours that they where offering but they could not provide us with any information.

Got us the wrong rooms then they didn't refill our tea bags and Coffee in the room

This place offers a tranquil and peaceful environment. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Delicious food at affordable prices, and the rooms are clean with expected facilities. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I absolutely appreciated the attentiveness and support provided by the hotel manager. He was consistently available, always ready to assist me when I was late or needed help, going above and beyond to arrange transportation or fulfill any of my requirements. In addition, he generously offered us a taste of the local cuisine, serving us two complimentary dishes filled with local fruit, giving us an authentic taste of the region.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I didn't like during my stay. The hospitality, location, and amenities were all top-notch.
