Mercure Paris Saint Cloud Hippodrome

Location, free parking, comfortable bed, free coffee.

No fridge in the room.

Comfortable beds. Rooms a good size.

The rooms were a bit chilly. The thermostat was set to 19 degrees and could not be moved. I understand it's for environmental reasons, but it was not warm enough for me.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was spacious enough for one person - but might be a bit snug for two. It faced the back and was quiet, as I had requested (The staff were very cordial and forthcoming). I didn't take the breakfast, but it looked very rich and generous. They have a complementary 24X7 coffee corner in the lobby and plenty of free drinking water that can be taken from the dining area to the room at any time. The location is great - its a ten minute walk from the train station (which gets you to Paris in about 10-15 minutes!)

The TV in the room only worked on the first night, and didn't on subsequent days. The channel line-up doesn't include much for foreign tourists who don't speak french.

The breakfast had good choices. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good too .Room was clean .also bathroom was clean ?

We had paper cups in room for tea and coffee .

Breakfast could be better and whole lobby/building outside of the room is a bit outdated. Restaurant/bar was always empty with no staff to be seen, could be a bit more welcoming

I enjoyed the stay, friendly staff, close to public transport and good restaurants.

The aircon was timed and went off overnight - we had very hot weather so this was a little uncomfortable.Breakfast is expensive and not really value for money

Staff were brilliant, friendly and most helpful. Good selection at breakfast.

Fantastic hotel right next to a lovely Italian restaurant and from next week you will have a new St. Cloud indoor market with restaurants wine bars and shellfish and fish shops looks great at moment there is a good new restaurant bar on corner five star

I should have got the room I acutely booked ie twin bedroom for my brother in law and I.The carpet and n dining room needed changing No clean in a restaurant!!!!

The location in reference to the concert venue was perfect.

There was a particular staff member who worked evenings/ nights. Apparently we imposed on him by ordering pizza following the completion of Usher’s concert, causing him to have to relocate breakfast dishes. His tone and method of communication was unnecessary and solidified that I won’t rebook this establishment during future trips.

The property was in a quiet location but accessible to shopping and transit. The hotel was very tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, and comfortable.
