PACIFICO Hotel and Spa

Location was perfect for our trips to J Village and back, easy to walk to hotel and around the city, the staff were SO kind and accommodating (we loved each of you!).

Breakfast was just ok - loved the salad bar and the mini croissants!

Does the job, good but small onsen and comfortable beds. Would recommend especially for the price

Had to pay extra for parking and even though we bought a room with a bed and sofa bed, we had to pay extra to get that "configuration"

Rooms are too small, not enough space to even keep luggage in room. It’s good enough to sleep overnight only.

Friendly and attentive staff. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. The SPA on the top floor was fine, maybe a bit small, but we were alone most of the time. We got a good deal on parking nearby. Near the railway station.

The hotel is in a busy area near the station, with many nightclubs and bars.

Comfortable small room just for overnight stay. Convenient to the station if you are using public transport. I liked being able to take a bath and the staff were very kind helping me park my car.

It's in the bar and restaurant district so in the evening I could hear many drunk people walking around back to the station.

The sento was clean, there were two massage chairs which we can use, and there were washing machines which guests are allowed to use for free too!

Nothing in particular. For the price we paid, it was good!

It was reasonable value for the money, good location, and there were no surprises. Even though the facilities were a bit “basic”, it was comfortable and clean. All around I recommend this hotel for business travellers.

It felt at times a bit “basic” such as the beds seemed more like cots than a hotel bed.

Great location, friendly staff, the parking wasn't free but it was very cheap. The room was comfortable with a very big TV. I enjoyed the bath and the free massage chair. The breakfast was alright, I would stay there again.

Location was great, really easy to take a stroll downtown with great restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly as well, check-in was smooth.

The room and bed were smaller than I expected, but clean. Something that irked me was that Booking.com said that my booking included breakfast, but when I arrived, I was informed that it wasn't and that I needed to pay.

I reckon hotels should provide free parking. Pacifico didn’t. Also, they attempted to charge 700 yen for parking which wouldn't allow you to use your car during your stay. That's crazy!

The location is good. Staff is very nice. Thay helped me when I had troubles with WI-FI.
