Hotel Crown Hills Nakamura

Great little hotel. Our room was pretty small but comfortable, on par with many other business hotels. There was a large selection of food for the included breakfast, so we were well fed. Only stayed the one night but everything was good for us.

Quite run-of-the-mill. It's been around a while, but it is not pretending to be plosh anyway. Room was, well, compact, but what can you expect from 11m²? But the bed + pillow was the best in Japan so far. And the air condition was actually able to cool the room!

My room was on the second floor, so I figured I should take the stairs rather than the elevator. But when I tried the door next to the elevator, clearly marked with an emergency-exit sign, the door was locked!

Hearty breakfast but the really unexpected bonus was the free dinner- yes curry and rice served in the breakfast room from 7pm. Also free 'welcome drinks' from a dispenser.Staff helpful.Secure indoor place to park our bikes.

A bigger window in our room so we could admire the view more easily

The room was small but roomy enough for a couple. It had an excellent shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Decent stay with very nice staff.

Rooms are a bit dated, location is a bit away from restaurants, and the air conditioner was set to heating even though it was still warm out and could not be changed.

Location was a little far to walk to for eating out. It is near the station though. Bed was a little soft.

Unlimited drinks throughout the day. The staff was nice to help changing to a cleaner room.

A bit dirty, can be more clean. The bathroom stink a bit maybe the pipe was old or partially blocked. Boiled eggs from breakfast were sold out early at 7.15am on Sunday morning.

The location is excellent, just 6-minute walk from JR Nakamura Station. The room is not very spacious but it is clean & comfortable. The staff are friendly. The hotel price is reasonable with a nice breakfast and public bath facilities.

Ample free parking outside. The hotel was clean and the staff efficient. The room was larger than most, with three beds and a couch, and was quiet for sleeping.

After several weeks in Japan and having visited the country a number of times before the hotel was very overpriced. The room was in need of an update. The towels were very thin. The breakfast a very modest Japanese style. At nearly 20,000 yen it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on this visit and by far the most disappointing value for ? money.

Convenient location, small but comfortable room. Good service for the price. Welcome drink and curry service. Nice Japanese style breakfast.

The sign to the parking, especially after dark, is difficult to read. Please put a light above the sign.
