Cons -
- There was no breakfast. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable and the bed was just OK. There were bedside tables but it was necessary to get out of bed to switch the main lights off or on. The car park was a bit noisy.

Lovely location in Guildford, quiet with a pool and great food
Nothing at all
Shower head needed replacing, water flooded bathroom floor. Very dangerous. And no light in the bathroomNo internet access.
Fix shower head and light in bathroom
We had dinner in the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing, there was a group of 5 of us, and not one of us could fault the meal, staff are very friendly right from reception, to the room cleaners, to the staff in the hotel and bar. The rooms are very clean, and spacious all overlooking the pool area. Air con was already on in the room when we arrived, which was a nice touch as the temp outside was close to 40!!
Set parking for the hotel, we found a lot of visitors to the bar/restaurant parked in the hotel bays
Everything.... the food at the restaurant, The Beer Garden, Pool, Motel, Parking. The receptionist was very accommodating and hospitable.
Nothing everything was fantastic
The Garden Restaurant was superb
Planes fly in over the accommodation, but that was a very minor issue if I had to pick one. I will definitely be staying there again.
The cleanness and quietness aswell as for the hotel part was very organised
The food took almost an hour and a half from ordering to arrive at the table and limited options for room service
Proximity to transport, friendly staff, easy parking
Aircraft noise but not hotel’s fault
Property was in a fabulous location and had a great restaurant and food was delicious ! The bathroom could have done with a better clean and new shower curtain is needed ! Planes flying over every few minutes.. hard to get a good nights sleep , but nothing the hotel could do about this other than to supply ear plugs ..
Plane noise
I stay in this accommodation because of the quiet location, delicious restaurant food! And great reception service.
Nice pool out the back ,clean room, friendly staff.
Great location and property.
A bit noisy with trains, planes and automobiles!!
It was a great location. Fantastic room with pool. We had lunch at the Reese and crown and the food was fabulous. Made our stay very pleasant.
The only down side was the plane noise until about 11:30pm. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.
Have own parking space infront of the room. Unloading luggage is so convenient. The reception is so considerate to update me the steps to collect room keys in case I arrive after their opening hours. Is in a small little town which is the middle of Swan Valley and Perth Airport. Can hear aeroplanes flying above, but is acceptable. The room is very clean and neat with basic amenities. The restaurant is so unique which is the oldest in South Western Australia.
Excellent value for money in a Great location. Close to Main Street and cafes. The wineries are a short drive away. The historic pub also has a range of eating venues from a restaurant, garden Bar and side walk cafe.
Close to everything, neat, tidy and met all basic needs.
Brilliant location in Guildford and proximity to the airport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We were in room 1. It was noisy as closest to the hotel/pub when noisy patrons were being exited later in the night. Only thing that I can criticise - all else was brilliant.
Great location, friendly staff and an awesome pub
