    Pros +

    • Cheaper and better than a motel
    • Small unit with literature on walls boasting about cleanliness and threatening extra charges if room is not left ready for the next occupant as it appears these rooms don't get cleaned between customers - as you walk from bathroom and look right behind the tv is years' worth of dust bunnies and dust build up, standing in the shower looking at the other side of the bathroom you can also see years of dust around the top of the fan vent stuck to the wall, looking around the walls there is dust lines from every join/pop rivet - sitting on the toilet you are looking under the sink at the drain which again is covered in dust over the S bend
    • Only I like the place which is clean and nice

    Cons -

    • General cleanliness of room and attached common area - bin in common area was removed and not replaced the second day.
    • The staff not helpful at all and were giving no chances of hope of anything after long hours of travel good words makes a difference
    • A bit of a challenge getting our keys after hours.

Modern, clean, and easy to find!

A bit of a challenge getting our keys after hours.

Everything was extremely well set up and maintained. We stayed in one of the new chalets and it was excellent.

Nothing to not like. We have stayed in tourist parks with a few more amenities for kids which is terrific but there was still enough provided to keep us entertained for our 4 day stay.

Easy access, friendly staff, linen was clean and cabin was tidy upon arrival. The cabin had 2 air conditioners which helped keep each area cool. The pool was clean and well looked after.

Our cabin was constantly overrun with ants (a known issue because their was ant spray left in the cabin for use). I found old food under the sofa when I was retrieving one of my kids toys.

    Pleasant

Being accused of missing items , no staff around on the weekend to hire equip / buy things

    Nice rooms

The shower leaked badly onto the main bathroom floor and didn’t drain away well Lots of noise till very late from neighbours

Just a lovely stay, close to everything and the city.Friendly staff. And well maintained

The ovan hot plate thing didn't work

Location away from highway was good, facilities and park surrounds were clean and pleasant.

Over officious reception staff told us don't bother turning up with our car & trailer as we wouldn't be allowed in with trailer, however on walking around park we found plenty of parking availability. Trailer was smaller than a large caravan & for an interstate visitor this was disappointing to then try finding a storage area for 2 days.

Friendly staff and modern room and facilities

No bedding provided for the sofa beds in the chalets.

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the individual cabin; really, everything I could want in one place consisting of double bed, kitchenette with combi oven and even a very comfortable sofa before the TV. This place was neat and easy to keep clean.

I paid a little more because I believed my dog would be welcomed. Unfortunately, pets are, in reality, tolerated. There are no actual provisions for pets. One must ensure you are self-contained with respect to all your pet’s requirements. My border collie never settled the entire time as every voice, vehicle movement and animal noise kept him at alert. There does not appear to be much in the way of insulation, either for temperature or sound, and I had to keep the very noisy air conditioner running whenever we were in the cabin.

Didn’t have breakfast, love the little animals running around and the parrots in the trees and all the greenery around the park. Would have liked a lounge to sit on. Had a family room which I thought was a bit of a waste but otherwise happy overall. Cheers Banksia.

    Nothing to me.

For a caravan park in a city, you couldn't tell at all! The chalet was fantastic! Very clean, heaps of space and beds were super comfortable! Air conditioners were on before we arrived which was nice as very hot! The grounds were immaculate and have been well looked after. Was great to be able to make use of the pool on a hot day.

This was booked as a last resort as we couldn't find anywhere in my price range. Unfortunately there were a lot of bad reviews and so I wasn't expecting much. On arrival we were pleased to find it was completely suited to our needs. Yes it was small, but it had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were superb. Yes there was some noise at night, but I think this was the sir conditioning and yes, the walls were thin as we heard the neighbors arriving on one occasion. However I was overall impressed with this property and would stay again.

I think sir conditioning was noisy and walks were thin, but as previously said, these didn't bother us.

The pool and BBQ area. The clean rooms and shared games room to hang with the kids.

We stayed for 3 days. Maybe an extra loo roll and dishwasher powder? Update/refresh your pool table soon.

Location little to far out but still happy with the park, love the birds and bandicoots.

Not much to complain about, just a little far out being on my own but still happy to be there for privacy.

The wifi and phones didn’t work in our cabinThere was dog hair from previous guest’s pet

    10JasonPosted on: 3-24-2025

The closeness of the pool area and facilities and also shopping centres

The wifi needs to be improved

    7ReneePosted on: 3-23-2025

Location was good and was value for money

No sharp knives or scissors so made it difficult in preparing dinner and breakfast with ingredients purchased at the shops nearby
