Ischia Hotel

The room size was really good. The linen was good quality. I appreciated the free drinks in the room.

The room was not clean! There was a used toothbrush next to the sink that had black mold on it. It was not great that there were no amenity bags in the room, and going to the front desk and asking for it was uncomfortable. There was also a used condom under the bedside table. IT IS DISGUSTING!

The location is good and the staff were kind. They quickly changed my room to a non smoking one when I checked in. Free drinks and ample water in the fridge. The rooms are spacious. And They had a hair dryer there too.

It needs to be renovated. Dirty walls and old dressings really are unbecoming and was so unexpected. This was the case for both rooms I was in. Maybe they need to paint the rooms again and just replace and remodel things which haven’t been maintained well.

Room over all was fine

Airconditioning didn't work, some tiles were broken. Room turned into a sauna which made it hard to sleep (28 degrees celcius)

The rooms were beautiful, the bath tub was so big and luxurious, and the bed was super comfortable!

I liked the location. It’s super close to the subway. It also had a simple free breakfast and free drinks so I really enjoyed that. The room also provides hair conditioner and hand soap which is pretty rare. the room also had a bathtub which was a plus! they also provided a laptop which was really helpful for me as I had to do a last minute work assignment.

One of the seats in the room was covered in crumbs so it doesn’t seem like they did a good cleaning when they gave us the room. It was also hard to slide the bathroom door open and closed. There were also not many easy to reach plug outlets (there’s one under a table and one in the washroom) as I had to plug in my camera, and my cable wasn’t long enough to reach, it was a little troublesome.

The setting of the bathroom. Though the design of the individual rooms were different, having the bathtub right after entering the room without an enclosure is not a good one.Also, knowing that there were more than a guest in a room, the big bath towels should have been more in the rooms.

Chic style, enormous bathtub, large room. Good location, nice view, good price.

Breakfast is just a small buffet with corn flakes, toast, ramen, kimchi and instant coffee.

The hotel was nice and clean.
