Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Changwon

Location of the hotel, accessible by walking to all restaurants and shops

Breakfast choice quite limited. Wi-Fi in hotel room not working

Nice Hotel Room

No flexibility with early check-in and 10€ per hour that you check-in earlier, had to pay even for 20min before check-in time 10€

Location is right next to city center

Entrance is not welcoming so we took a while to locate the hotel

The location was near to many stores and Easy for Taxi picking. I would recommend using Uber App.

Air conditioning was on Auto mode and this not comfortable for me and unfortunately switched off frequently. The reception area was warmer than my room. Also No microwave was available in this hotel to be used to warm food or drinks. Everyday 2 Water bottles should be supplied but for me, it was not the case but was for every 2 Days 2 bottles. Stuff doesn't speak English well and you need a Google Translator App to talk to them.

Because I really liked the same hotel that I stayed at in Busan, I decided to try this one. There were similar things that I liked. The location is nice and very close to good restaurants. The room itself was clean and big enough with the same decor as the one in Busan.

Unlike other hotels, the television had no access to streaming services, such as Netflix. Even though I had those available on my laptop computer, it's much nicer watching on a bigger screen. Also, there seems to be a trend towards auto-flush toilets, which I don't care for as they seem to waste a lot of water. Also, for some reason, the sound of the flush was incredibly loud and lasted a long time.

Location and nice lobby. Parking and accessibility. That is about it

Rooms were dark because of dark wood furniture. Carpet was grotty. Maintenance was poor. There was a hole in the wall of our room

Very good location and friendly staff

Very few amenities. Very small towels. No drawers for clothes. Hygiene kits only had toothbrush and a comb. Fridge didnt work. Old used slippers.

Clean and city center located.

Little high price.

Excellent location.Very spacious room.Superbly clean Very comfortable.Highly recommend

Good. It offered a fair amount of Western and Korean foods.

I had to check out early and they would not refi\und the last day of my stay. Sometimes, business travel requires modification of a trip length and they were not being accommodating.

location. new construction. very clean and well maintained. good value. near many bars, restaurants, coffee shops.

need better espresso machine for breakfast area. no pool, bar or evening restaurant.

new. clean. modern.

breakfast is just ok in variety.

Location close to the city center, relatively big and bright room, comfortable bed.

- View from the room window.- Automated parking tower = waiting time to park the car.

Rooms are plush and luxurious. Location is ok. Walking distance to market.Electronic WC was helpful. I personally like black bathrooms so this felt good.

Breakfast had no veg options or for that matter any international options except cereal, toast and eggs.Gym didn't seem clean enough or aired enough. Equipment is old. GymIs also located in service area. Not very safe.

Well designed rooms with a comfortable bed.B/F was suitable for Koreans, as a foreigner, the choices were limited, but okay.

English skills of the reception staff are very limited.Several times, something in the room was broken.

Nice bed. so comfyyyyy! Nice Breakfast. Nice location.

new hotel, modern, AC works well, location near many places to eat and drink at, very clean.

espresso at breakfast is not good quality, breakfast buffet is exactly the same every day so for long stays can be less exciting

The overall hotel and the room were very clean and in a new and good condition. The staff is very polite although not speaking English well.

The breakfeast is a very local version which might not be suitable for international visitors.

The patio for the President's Suite was amazing! The room was nice and quiet, with sufficient amenities.

Somewhat indifferent reception at the front desk.

The stay was very comfortable.....

No Ice machine in the hotel????
