Hotel Gray

Hotel Gray exceeded our expectations. They allowed us in early as the room was clean. Bathrooms and provided amenities were clean and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The aircon worked well in the heat.

The breakfast was nice but would have loved some butter with the toast.

The room was very clean and looked like the pictures. Staff was very friendly.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. I also wish the ramen was available during the day and not just at breakfast time!

The property was nice and had pretty much everything needed for a short stay.

if you aren’t used to wet baths and small size towels, this hotel may not be for you. The AC worked the first night we were there but the second day, it appeared as if they shut off the AC breaker so it would no longer turn on. Staff refused to believe the AC was working in our room the first night. We were just confused why it worked one day and didn’t the next but it felt like they thought we were lying and went through some theatrics to “prove” it to us that it never worked.

The place was very clean, homely and welcoming.

The actual was good and clean, very quiet neighborhood as well. They bed was comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous too. The availability of streaming services was well appreciated because some places don't offer such.

The neighborhood was a bit dry and not so friendly but it was easy to get around the area. There isn't a lot of variety when it comes to food places nearby as well.

There was a computer, which was connected to the TV. The room and bathroom were clean. Close to city mall 7, which is a huge mall with a big sopermarket. The hotel has a uniqe theam of korien style, so the bad is on the floor and you have a small table with pillows.

The bathroom is a bit tiny, and there is not a lot of room for your stuff. The light went off automaticaly after 30 min. No matter what you're doing (happend 3 times while in the bathroom...). The elevator doors close really quickly, and you have to use your body to stop them from closing. The enterence to the parking lot is for advanced driving skills.

The tub was amazing and the place was spotlessly clean.

The property is a gem of a clean modern hotel room tucked in a cozy neighborhood. For what you pay you won’t find a better value.

The room was even nicer in person. very clean and modern looking and also a very comfortable bed.

It would be nice if it had even a small breakfast but it was still awesome they had microwaves and coffee machines to use.

Enough towels. Extra water bottles in the fridge. Clean restroom. The double door by the entrance is a good design strategy.

The room was modern, well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for our needs.

The bed was too firm. We aren’t Korean and I understand that this bed was probably typical for Korean cultural norms. It was too firm for us, though, and we didn’t sleep very well.

Very modern rooms, lovely bath, great central location and easy to get around, pretty close to busses and good restaurants. Overall great service and comfort.

Everything was perfect. I wish the towels were a little bigger, but it’s standard Korean towel size.

This hotel is not in or around Sangnam-dong.

The room I stayed was #510. The location of this hotel is good, but it's close to a big road, so you can hear the cars running at night. The only flaw.
