Browndot Hotel Masan Odong

It was very clean and the room was large and had very cold AC. The parking was also very convenient. And there were tons of good restaurants in walking distance.

The only down side was check in wasn't until 5pm and they were very strict on that.

The staff was very nice. And the beds were comfortable.

Pictures should definitely be updated, found Hair in my bed and on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom (shower area) wasn’t especially clean. The bathroom (toilet area) had an empty and dusty diffuser and my friend and I bought an air freshener.

The only thing we like is that we were allowed to check in late.

They scammed us ?????. The receptionist asked us to pay another 20,000 won despite of the fact that we paid correctly during our booking. We told her that I booked for a family room and chose it correctly but she insisted that I only booked for two people that I had to pay extra 20,000 won. She told us that she will upgrade our room as a goodwill service but when we got to the room, it was basically the same room I saw from the site. Breakfast was included but it was so dull and bland. We don’t want to go back to this place anymore and will not definitely recommend this to anyone

I was travelling with my family for almost 9 days and we ended up reserving two rooms. Initially, the hotel was not able to accommodate our request for the adjoining two rooms. However, the hotel staffs were very prompted to our request and moved us to another rooms where we had adjoining rooms. The staffs were very friendly and accommodated to all our requests including extra towels and the bottled waters. I was definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Everything was pretty awesome in our stay at this because the staffs always tried to accommodate to our needs. The only thing I can think that we didn’t like was probably the sewer odor coming from the bathroom. When we brought this issue, the hotel staffs immediately try to fix it by cleaning the bathroom drainage with the cleaning products. I don’t think this was the hotel problem but the problem rises based on the location (close to ocean) and the area (Masan).

The room was quite spacious and had a smart tv with Netflix subscription.

We planned on arriving at the hotel earlier and for this reason we contacted the property and they told us it is okay to arrive earlier. However, when we arrived there was no one at the reception and since we didn't have a Korean phone number we were unable to call someone. Luckily we stumbled across another Korean couple and they called. When the receptionist arrived she told us that the room was yet not ready but we could leave our luggages. As concerns the room, it is truly spacious, however we saw several hair in the room and especially in between the bed sheet and the blanket. When we called the receptionist she came with tape and tried to take the hair off the blanket. But with a check-in that starts only at 5 p.m. I expected a cleaner room so be aware of that.The breakfast was also rather disappointing as there was not too great of a choice and if you arrive later to breakfast there won't be much left anyway.

The staff make this place the best especially the two front desk ladies.

The other guests were not understanding of a family situation. We did our best but we're forced to move rooms. The staff was very kind about it

The room was excellent and very clean. Also the breakfast adds a really great value. The staff are what make it so great the two ladies at the front were very kind to my family.

No temperature controls in room at times it was a little hot and we would have liked to turn down the ondol(floor heating).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were much bigger than I had expected. Everything was clean and I felt very comfortable. There is also a convenience store around the corner and there is a microwave on each level, which you can use to heat up your meal. Within a 3 minute walk, you can reach a nice platform at the bay, which has benches and allows you to have a nice view on the mountains and water. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The staff was extremely nice ans friendly. The rooms were massive and had a massive bathroom with a tub. There was a really nice smart TV and the bed was super comfortable. My only gripe, which isn't the hotels fault, is that because Masan is such a small city, there wasn't much to do. other than that, very good c: Also great value for money

As mentioned, the location could be better, but nothing major. it's a cute little city.

Perfect location right next to the water and yummy restaurants. Parking right in front of the hotel. Really kind staff and spacious rooms!

The massage chair in the suite was quite brutal and really strong, be careful before using it. The clothes dry cleaner had some problems, otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Really well equipped rooms and best value for money in my hometown! Parking right in front of the door. We even had a dry cleaner in the room and a whirlpool! Room sizes were extra big and not usual for this price range!

It was clean and comfortable. The toiletries provided were great. Breakfast was also decent. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags in a back room before check in.

We came specifically for the Jinhae Cherry Blossom festival so it was a bit far away from the festival (about 30 minute bus ride) but it was manageable.

The rooms exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable and the overall facilities were better than other hotels I've stayed at in Masan / Changwon.

The breakfast options were small, but adequate.
