Sky View Hotel

My husband left one of his polo shirts. He didn’t realize that he left it at the hotel but was aware it was missing. It was a very pleasant surprise When we received the shirt in a box. We were traveling so we used my mom’s phone number and they made the arrangements to return it to us. It really was a pure kindness and service beyond our expectations.

Great location few minutes walk from the waterfront and old Masan city center. Clean and spacious rooms - hotel facility is up to 4 Stars+. Spacious and gorgeous bathrooms. Higher level ocean view rooms provide fantastic harbor view. Still a great value for money

Not much. There are many local shops near around hotel but this massive port city of Masan is aging and its population is declining.

It was neat, and the staff were kind and polite

There was nothing like a common toothbrush, toothpaste, or any lotion. The Netflix, too, wasn't free.Less expensive hotels have all these services.

The rooms were spacious and clean, staff friendly and attentive, and the building was modern.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. For our booking it was extremely good value for money and we wished we could have stayed a bit longer!

Location was easy to find. Pleasant helpful staff.Vehicle was parked opposite the Hotel entrance.

Good Breakfast.Easy to access to the fish market.

No umbrella on the day of heavy rain.

View, location, comfort

A bit expensive compared to local alternatives

Beautiful room and facilities, very clean and huge bed. I had great views to the seaThe breakfast was excellent!

beds, shower, internet and the view

The room was big and comfortable furnished. The. view of the harbour was nice. For the breakfast we could choose from a few sets. Those were tasty and filling.Good choice for a stay if you want to catch a baseball game since it is just a short bus / taxi ride away.

Apart from some stains in the bathroom, everything was good.

I booked this room because it had a good view of the harbor. The view was great! The bed was also very comfortable. A well-decorated, clean room, nice staff and free parking.

The room was boiling hot (this is in late October). I turned the heat off as soon as I arrived, and I never turned it on again. But the temperature remained 80F / 27C, well above my preferred sleeping temperature. (And it's not just me--scientists claim 65F or 18C is best for sleeping.) Korean hotels are often overheated, so normally I just open the window. But in this hotel, the windows are sealed. There was no way to get any air. I even tried AC but it wasn't working. It was way too hot to sleep. Eventually I got a couple hours sleep, but it was disappointing that I had to spend so much of the night lying awake in a pool of my own sweat.

The facility and view

Clean and centrally located to most areas in chongwon.
