- Front Desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly as my previous visit. Housekeeping service was also impressive.All the staff in the hotel are attentive and courteous.This hotel is a hidden treasure in Wonju.

- The hotel room door kept unlocking by itself. There were no secondary locks/safety locks or wedges for my door. Next to a building doing construction.
- Shower head in ceiling did not work, making showering difficult with hand wand. General state of lack of care and maintenance. Air conditioning did not cool the room well.

It was my second visit to stay in this hotel. All the staff at the reception desk were friendly, helpful and courteous - creating a true welcoming feeling for the guests. It was amazing to experience their consistent and friendly customer service. In addition, it has an excellent location, too.

Spacious and clean.
Paper cup. No soap in the bath sink and no shelves. Used water in the bath sink drained outside a sink hole, which causing water splash around lower part of the body.
Exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful staff at the reception desk was impressive. Convenient location and great value for money.
