New and spacious hotel. Friendly receptionist, clean and spacious room. Large breakfast selection and smooth connection to Geneva airport

My expectations were admittedly not high for an affordable airport hotel. But they were way surpassed. The staff was incredibly helpful with things to do in our one day in Geneva, the room was super clean and modern, bed (and pillows!) were very comfortable, and the train was so easy—and just a 10 minute ride to the center of Geneva. Added bonus—grabbed lunch at the restaurant, which was delicious.

It’s in a business district, so not much around, but honestly, for our purposes it was perfect.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is both well-connected to the airport and the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. ‌‌The breakfast table is a colourful spread!

Great hotel, not too far from the airport.

We booked two rooms. One room was clean and comfortable, but the other had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had recently smoked inside. The window was open when we entered, but the smell was still there.We informed reception, and while the staff member initially wanted to check the room (which we were happy to do), we were then told there was only one alternative room available and we had to choose between the two. We agreed to change rooms.As it was late, we left to get food and returned very tired, so we went straight to sleep without checking the room. The next morning, we discovered the bathroom had not been properly cleaned — it was greasy, there was hair blocking the drain, and the toilet had not even been flushed.

Very nice hotel a short 8 minutes train ride to the city centre for excellent value for money. Everything seemed brand new, and clean and the huge reception area with glass ceiling was amazing. The room was very big and quiet, and I had a bonus of a nice mountain view. The free airport shuttle was also very convenient. There was a convenient late check in and check out as well.

Nothing special. I only missed not having a small fridge in the room and the cleaning service forgot to clean my room one day.

An exceptional stay from start to finish!The hotel has a perfect location, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay truly relaxing.What really made the difference was the amazing staff — extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment.Everything was top quality, from service to comfort.I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation just outside of town center (but directly adjacent to train line) and much cheaper than other options in Geneva

The hotel advertises a fitness center but doesn’t state that entrance costs €15 and that hours are limited given it’s an external gym. The hotel restaurant also had a severely limited restaurant menu, about 75% of the menu was unavailable and there was only 1 vegetarian option.

It is 4stars hotel, but they z clean rooms every day.i had to ask them to do it but they said we do every 3 days which is not enough for me

I can only mention the staff.

Compared to other 4-star hotels in Geneva such as the Marriott or Hilton, the room facilities at this hotel are quite limited. There is no fridge in the room, and no slippers unless you specifically call the reception to request them.The electric kettle cannot be plugged in where it’s placed because the socket type doesn’t match the plug, which is very inconvenient.Although I was staying alone in a double room, housekeeping only provided one bath towel per day. I didn’t feel like calling every day to explain that I take a shower both before leaving the hotel and after returning, and therefore need two sets of towels.The pillows were uncomfortable, and there were several other small inconveniences that made the stay less pleasant.Overall, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel.
