The decor is modern but only that, surface, no substance, not really a hotel either. Very disappointed. See below.

3 nights. Allergy to duck feather duvet. Bitten all over, sofa must have dust mites or some pest! After Check out, forgot my property, but nobody helped. Had to report theft to police. Unhelpful staff. Should not be on out list! Disgusting.

it is practical and has a good value for money. location is near somehow to metro line 8 - just 6 minutes walking.

size of the room, i hope it was a bit bigger.

The location was excellent for my conference. Lovely walks, easy train station.

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. I was very happy she spoke English.

Pretty good Location, a short walk from the nearest public transportation, some good restaurants around. A subway ride to the Eiffel for example is still 30+ minutes so don’t think that you’re right there! Had no problems coming and going whenever I pleased. Hotel was clean and warm and comfortable

Very clean, brand new appartment in a safe district of Paris. I liked everything!

The breakfast was ok. They only serve yogurts, croissants and pain-au-chocolate and fruits. Some eggs would be nice. Overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back to this location.

Location was a bit out from the city-center but had excellent connections via Metro. The rooms were excellent with kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. It was nice to have gym facilities but didn't get to use them much since we were too busy seeing the beauty of Paris.

The design of the rooms were so good and also the staff were very kind.

There was no flip-flop in the rooms. The breakfast wasn't good but the guy who works there was very kind and friendly.

I really enjoyed the sauna and gym. The pool although quite small, was nice to have. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a retro Bauhaus vibe with a fun self-cleaning robot. The metro stations were relatively close.

The shower door opened inward, which was strange and left very little space. There weren’t enough towels, and with cleaning only every three days due to environmental reasons, I had to ask at reception. They didn’t have any on hand (probably should keep some) and I ended up never getting them due to some misunderstanding. There was also little information about breakfast or the facilities, you mostly had to ask.

The staff was very helpful in extending our time as our flight had been cancelled due to a strike at our airlines. One employee especially helped us and arranged an Uber when it was time to leave. Hotel is quite nice and a good price

We used public transportation to get around Paris and this hotel was a little further out than I had thought. It took a longer ride to get to locations. I do not fault the hotel for this. It was my lack of knowledge of logistics.

The location was good. A quiet area close to Tramway /Bus or Metro stations. surrounded by diverse restaurants that were not that expensive.Rooms were large and clean.I liked the availability of the Sauna, Swimming pool and even a Gym.The Hotel does also have its own Parking spots.

2 out of 3 elevators were not working including the one that goes to the basement where the parking slots are.Carrying everything to 5th level was not fun.Also, no breakfast included :-( although quite high price

I loved everything. Its just a bit far away from all the tourist places. And hife corner only accepts card. It would have been really nice to have both payment options.

Nice atmosphere of the hotel, polite staff members, clean good size rooms.

The elevator didn't work from the -2 parking level to the hotel, had to take the stairs with all the luggage. The breakfast was not so sumptuous, as it didn't even have any cheese available or anything salted on offer, except bread. We were late 15 minutes for our check out time, and at 11:12 the lady from the reception was already in our room to remind about the check out, which was not very pleasant. Left with the feeling that the price was too high for the offer, that was rather simple in the end.

The size of the room was bigger than we expected and comfortable, very spacious. The facility is very organized and new, a bit of outside of the old parts of Paris, more like a modern part of Paris with more new buildings. The metro is about 5-6 mins walk away. Thank you

The hotel is modern and has a really nice location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We had an issue with the door lock late at night, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it as the reception was still open. However, I’m not sure what would have happened if we had faced the same issue later, after the reception had closed.

Did not eat breakfast, but wish I had. I did figure out how to make oatmeal in my room or in the main kitchen.

Overall, the stay was nice. Location was excellent near metro lines 8 and 12. Facilities were modern. Service only every 3 days. I was by far the oldest guest. It's a space that caters to the young, but serves all.

Sparklingly clean rooms, nice breakfast, relaxing sauna

Very clean and new room. Way more spacious than we’ve expected. Super cool sauna and very modern gym. Quiet district without weird people. A lot of nice and relatively cheap food places around.

The window of the room I stayed in was opening to a garden, naturally with lots of insects. There should have been mosquito nets on the windows. The room didn’t have any fridge which wasn’t really convenient.

Great Location, Easy access to Central Paris main attaractions.

It Was nice experience so My Suggestion to improve the quality of the breakfast.
