Vivanta Pune, Hinjawadi

Nothing, it's a waste of money for a so called 5 star hotel and not sure how it relates to the Taj group tbh. No where near in terms of amenities what a Taj group would provide or room cleanliness or size of the room for that matter. Internet speed was ok

The room size was atrociously small, no amenities and the color of the towels provided was kinda white n black. Fresh towels please someone !! This is at best a 3 star hotel. Have seen way more decent 4 star hotels in Pune and Mumbai.

Budget hotel facility for premium charges.

The bathroom fittings, such as the toilet seat and round mirror, required repairs, and the bathroom itself was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for several weeks, including during my stay. This is not at all value for money. Additionally, the in-room food served tasted and smelled like it had been preserved for a long time.

The Vivanta staff are very accommodating and helpful. They cater to our every need for food, lodging and services. I always come back here for both business and now personal travel.

Love the food the staff the room everything

Very amazing breakfast, catered to all the needs and good spread. Very courteous staff, especially the manager Kapil he went above and beyond his way to make stay comfortable for my parents. Was attentive to all their needs and ensured the stay to be very comfortable for them.

Everything was nice

Location is good. Breakfast is fairly good.

Checked in Mid night but in spite of requesting non smoking room, smoking room has been given. Which was uncommon for me.

Place was was middle of hub where if u want to party with frnds u could do n enjoy and very kind gesture from staff I have booked for wrong dates they immediately helped me for changing date and giving me room key asap

The location

The room had a cockroach. There were frequent power cuts on Saturday.The breakfast spread was so small and not upto the standard.We are disappointed.

They stole our dresses and valuables from our room while we were out of the hotel

Breakfast menu was quite poor. Coconut chutney for idlis was made with dessicated coconut!!!! Never seen this before. Tasted horrible.

Excellent staff, Tasty food, helping nature of all.It was an absolutely excellent experience.Thanks to Vivanta and all the staff.

Early check in charge

Service and food quality is very good. Resort is well maintained. Gym and swimming pool is also very nice . Close to the highway so access is good.

There is a mosquito problem in the lobby area. The need to close the buzz restaurant and the sitting area with a partition. May not look good but will help a lot.. unnecessary irritant in an otherwise beautiful property.

Location

There were cockroaches spotted in bathroom.. Breakfast could have been more better for ex - Pan cakes n Waffles were completly tasting of flour and were not the way they were suppose to be... had i wanted to experience cockroaches n sub standard breakfast I would have opted for an OYO.. Not kind of service i expect from Taj group Hotel after paying 10000 a night... so yeah absolutly disapponited with Vivianta Hinjewadi.... Been in Taj Goa and bangalore their service n stay are/is commendable...

Good room size , location is great . Good breakfast spread . Flexible with breakfast closing time is a plus .

Towels look a bit old and discoloured. Room cleaning not up to the mark .

Rooms were clean, value for money, and staff were friendly.Mr Pawan at the coffee shop was excellent. For breakfast, if we order something for your family, and then the next day onwards, you don't have to remind him he will remember what you and your family members had ordered... super and very courteous.

Nothing is good in the hotel. The hotel is not maintained to the 5 star standards.

1) Room was not good2) Very dull place.3) food taste is also not up to the mark.4) The gym is very bad. The equipments are not per the standards and could cause injury.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was a hassle, rooms were very tidy and clean.
