floor never washed, sink broken handle, Air conditioner only a fan ran.No Towels when we arrived. No dish towels, dish soap had to buy ourselves. Residences hanging out at the entrance smoking cigarettes weed.Hallway not vacuumed. No kettle, no toast

I didn't. I am expecting my $ back through Visa. My brother checked out early due to exterior doors being propped open and a homeless person sleeping on the stairs, the rooms were dirty, guest washroom was disgusting

There was black mold in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom were not working. Staff did not have resources to fix issues . Hotel maintenance is very much needed

I liked that I booked 2 rooms for the 7 of us. I liked that I had a confirmed paid reservation. I liked that I had a worry free place to stay for our trip and everything that I planned for the next day based on this location.

I didn't like that my room was canceled just before we were about to arrive there. I don't believe that there was an 'emergency' at the hotel as they say. The excuse given was that there was flooding at the hotel, from what, who knows, definitely not from rain since there wasn't any. I didn't like the alternative accommodations that were offered by booking.com for a place where air conditioning was optional, really? Optional a/c in Toronto in the summer? An alternative hotel for my family with kids above a 'Gentlemen's Club', really? I didn't like the nightmare of trying to find my own accommodations in an unfamiliar place while sitting in a van with no clue where to begin. This cancellation caused a total disaster and created a big waste of time after a great day. They knew I was going to arrive later in the evening after a day at Canada's Wonderland but probably decided to sell the room to others. Probably wasted 2 hours trying to find a hotel that wasn't fully booked. Going thru booking.com was probably a mistake and should have dealt directly with the hotel.

The Hotel is being run by students who aren't trained for hospitality profession. They do not clean your room even after 8days of my stay

I liked that it was a good value for your money and I loved the washroom mirrors how they light up when you turn them on. Also I loved the lights in the room very decorative. And I loved that I could have a balcony and I loved that there was a full kitchen even a dishwasher and oven stove,fridge tea kettle coffee pot.

I didn't like the fact that, the exhaust fans didn't work at all in the first room so then we moved to a second room and the exhaust fan only worked in the kitchen not in the bathroom and also the second room was very dirty sticky stuff every where we could even see that markings of a dirty cloth that was used to wipe down the places a film and sticky juice all over the sheets didn't get changed the bed was only made and the washer and dryer didn't work at all also there wasn't even a handle to open up the door to use the washer and dryer had it been working. They also do not have any hand soap in the bathroom only provide shampoo and conditioner and body wash that is stuck on the wall of the shower so nothing to wash your hands with unless you use the body wash from the inside of the shower. And the room is also very bright the second the sun comes up as they dont have black out or room darkening curtains they have white pull-up pull down blinds which is annoying when you get to bed late to have the sun wake you up along with all the screaming and yelling from children that play in the hall way all day and night they even knocked on my door and disturbed me. And the hallways of the place are just trashed and never get vacuumed. The only reason why this hotel isn't that bad is because it's a brand new remodel and nice design but the tv is in a terrible place and you can barely walk around the bed to get to the one side I had to squeeze past the foot of the bed every time I woke up to use the washroom. Also the fire alarms were going off for a good 30 minutes thank god I was checking out that day because I would have hated to have been woken up to that false alarm that was going off for a half n hour.

The only thing good was the bed it was comfy.

I wouldn't even give this place a star but had no choice. When we first got there people were complaining alot another guy said something and the workers kept saying the police were coming. I looked at my partner and said I think I made a bad decision staying here. And I sure did. The place is still under construction nothings finished they were just rushing getting people in.The door lock to our room was on the outside and the key part was on the inside I asked for it to be changed and the door handle to be fixed as it wasn't even on. The owner came In fixed the door handle but didn't change the door lock he said he would be back and never showed I had a freak out and was scared cause we couldn't lock the door. Than I checked for dishes there was none we had to go buy our own dishes. Also the ac wasn't working the window couldn't open as the handle was broken. So was very hot in our room.There was sanding stuff still on the ground paint everywhere. The bathroom tile wasn't done properly water was going into it when we went to wash our dishes the dishwasher completely came out wasn't fully installed. The place smelled like weed bad there were people living there. Kids were running around hit people's cars with there toys no adults were watching there kids.I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff were really rude and kept talking in there language when we would complain about stuff they would talk to the other worker in there Language. This place shouldn't even be open its not even ready for people yet. It's pretty sad I had to buy our own dishes when the ad said it comes with everything but didn't. Oh I forgot there wasn't even light bulbs in the bedside stand lights I was shocked when I asked for that I got some I told them I was going to buy some cause they didn't have any in. It's not worth what I paid I should of been refunded back for the stuff I had to buy.

The room feels like home. Clean and all appliances are functional. Has lot of storage space. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not like that you have to wait to get your deposit back. It should be immediate or the most next day but I was told I have to wait 5 business day to get my 200 dollars deposit back.

Rooms were nice. Lots of space and nice to have kitchen.

Bathroom mirror light kept on flickering, drywall compound in sink. Fans over stove should be vented outside. Could smell a lot of different cooking odours.

The staff were very untrained and had no idea what was going and over charged me so much and would refuse to give us an extra blanket for the 3rd person in the room and only 2 towels very frustrating

The air-conditioning did not work, the air coming Through the vent was not cold. THE THERMOSTATAT Was at 82 F 27.7 C for the entire time!! It was was extremely HOT especially during night. I called and told front desk at 1:00 am, someone came up turned the air on and off and it did not make a difference. I Was told if it was still hot to open the window, which did not even make difference. I was also told it was too late to be put in another room. We did not have a good night's sleep at All!! There was no cable on the TV. Nothing to watch. It was nice that there was a stove, if you don't provide pots cups, plates, and utensils and such, it should posted to bring your own if you don't plan on having them In the Room just a suggestion. I made sure to tell the front desk in the morning about the Air-conditioning and how uncomfortable our night was, and asked if I could be somewhat compensated. Was told sorry "no". I was in town for my Grandmother's funeral and having to attend Exhausted defeated the purpose of me coming the night before. Very Disappointed to say the least!

Location. It’s at the heart of everything we need.

On the website, they advertised (showed pictures of) a gym/ fitness center. In reality, there’s none. When we inquired about it, they said, it’s still being built. Where did the pics come from?

Renovated. Calm location. Near many spots. You don't lose your stuff. I forgot my necklace in the room, and when I called back, they immediately identified it and put it in the recption.

It was midnight, I called for sheets, but nobody was there. And I have waited for 30mn and still nobody there.When I returned back to get my forgotten necklace, the operator wasn't so reactive and didn't know what to do. However, I told him that I called back, and they put it for me on the reception. Until I insist to call the employee who was there when I called, then he opened the drawer and gave it to me.

Building was under construction, poor room air quality, rooms are new but couldn’t breathe due to dust/ventilation issue, staff looked untrained, they asked for cash as a deposit or you will get late cash back while checking out and unprofessional, location was sketchy.

Appt at Etobicoke hospital next morning. It is 2 blocks from hotel, so a great relief that there would be no traffic issues in morning. After a 7 hour drive it was fantastic to have 2 bedroom suite to relax in.sofa to watch tv, read. Didn't need to use the full kitchen, since only there one night. Full size fridge was great. We we able to refreeze our ice for cooler on return home. . Kitchen sink was handy too. Big island, and table and chairs to eat food we brought with us. Shower was great too.. this suite has a washer and dryer, and extensive closet units in both bedrooms. Plus a desk.. Directly across from FOOD WORLD. Lots of interesting food, snacks etc

Brand new build. Could use another inspection for installation fingerprints on cabinet doors, a bit of grout on bathroom floor. Didn't phase us much, just a little detail.

Location, amenities in room

Needs more garbage bin in room only one and it's I. Washroom had to go to party no full length mirror in room only one short Washroom, needs brighter lighting for yr makeup application etc. Other wise it's a nice hotel. No breakfast served,no complimentary drinking water either in building.
