Stayed here for the second time in 9 years and it's still as good as it was when I first stayed here. Soothing and calm environment and well behaved staff.

The service of restaurant

Nothing. Bad experience.

They allotted us budget room. Which was not good so we paid extra money for delux room. There is extra money for AC in delux room. No electric cattle. In hotel photo they showed gallery and view of greenery but they have closed the gallery with plastic container. No windows to room. No room service. No drinking water. No room cleaning, no towel change. Ant( Chiti)s are on bed and table. They took copy of aadhar card however they took original aadhar card with hotel upto we check out. Dogs wondering in hotel. After asking they recharge TV channel. Next day TV channel disconnected. After asking they recharge again. So we have very bad experience.

Friendly family run hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Positioned well for Calangute and Candolim outings.

A fridge in the room would be a bonus.

Cockroaches the size of half a human hand - not one, but many. The bed is clearly for sadomasochists. The noise from the yard people. A cramped courtyard and the rest. This is not a hotel, but a homeless shelter!!!

Owner (Uncle) is very nice.

Rooms are like very okay... Bt I think it's according to price mentioned. They do not have any option for food so u have to order online everytime.

Room was okay. Just adjustable. Average cleanliness. However we had a uncomfortable experience regarding the checkout time. They didn't inform us about the early check out.

1. We were allowed to checkin at 8 AM in the morning as we arrived very early.2. Checkin process was very smooth and took only 5 minutes.3. Room was very clean and spacious. Washroom was also spacious and clean with hot and cold running water.4. Beachside property. 5 minutes walk or one minute drive to the beach.5. Owners were very warm welcoming and we felt like we are staying with our own relatives. Very good and rememberable experience for us.6. Food was amazingly delicious, fresh and affordable. 7. We would love to visit this hotel again if got the opportunity.

Place is good, affordable and 2 min walk from the calingute beach

People were very good,

They charged 1200 rs for one night they said room is not AC I have booked so they want 1200..after seeing the room within 10 min I leave the room but they didn’t give any money to us they said we not returned any money
