Bloom Hotel - Calangute

Location,car park

Room was smelling musty

Location and room are good.

Breakfast food.

Breakfast was limited but tasty. The sambar was worth a mention. The pool looked neat, but we could not use it. Location is strategic and easily accessible

Rooms & bathrooms were smelly. We had to change one room because of that and the other one was less smellier. Staff could have been a little more courteous.

The front desk has to be polite ..but they are extremely rude as if they are servicing for free.

The staff service and their so called rules of not providing cutlery in room, refilling of tea coffee packets, providing fresh cups n glasses. The overall experience was poor. Also all 3 days The same breakfast.

Passable

He not picking my booking. He said you use my others Property. Bloom rooms calangute condolin. He recommended then I stay that Property 11th to 13th October 2024.

The staff and the location works for the place

It is always a bit loud outside your room. I stayed for two nights and in the morning.. I am up with others hustle/bustle.

In house services are very good... Staff is very supportive.

Room size is small as compared to other ones also there is no fan as most of the hotels are having it as it is humid out there so need to see if possible

Staff was so nice and helpful

Room was so dirty , there was a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom and room , Ac was not even working properly. Totally waste of money hotel

It’s located in center of the city which helped us to hire rental bike and roam to different places..

Swimming Pool would have been maintained better.

The ambience of the hotel was good.. Room were never, clean and cozy.

The food quality needs to be improved.

Extremely comfortable beds. Great pool side service. Staff overall were very helpful. Great rooms.

Nothing (maybe the pool was a bit cold)

Clean Rooms, superb location and value for money

Very clean hotel with excellent staff.A nice pool area and good breakfast.

The area is a bit too busy and ther is a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Breakfast was good and staff were helpful, on the whole an ok stay. The hotel was set back from the main road so it was quiet.

I seem to pay double other place we’re in the area, the rooms were starting to look quite old and worn out.

Location

The hotel is extremely basic compared to the price we paid. The rooms are small . There is no wardrobe to keep stuff. There is no fan in rooms only AC which is not suitable to all. When my friend asked for extra blanket the staff t night reception told we don’t have extra fan nor blankets. My friend told give me your manager number he told I don’t have it.

Breakfast spread was good with variety every day. The staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean. Pool was nice and big. Almost all tv channels were available. Overall, value for money.

I couldn't think of anything.

Hotel location is good... Food is also good taste wise

The rooms were not really good. Absolutely not for value for money....

Location was great, walking distance to beach and other amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly good value for money.

Constant noise from the ventilator in the room once the air con was turned on and the bed for me was not comfortable.

Pool area is good

Standard king size bed is small, staff behavior is rude

Good Service and close to beach

Not much options for Food.Rooms are smaller and no storage area. All basic stuffs need to be asked and not kept by default like dental kit.
